Rated 5 out of 5 by from I recently stayed in this apartment with my husband and 2 boys (5 and 3) and found it to be the perfect home away from home. The location was unbeatable in terms of both the view and accessibility to the many attractions in and around Sydney and we loved our walks along the beach and beachfront. The apartment has everything needed and even comes stocked with some essential pantry items to save the monster shop that usually accompanies any lengthy stay away from home! I'd thoroughly recommend this little gem by the water.

From the initial booking enquiry 6 months ago to the 5 night���s accommodation, I found the experience excellent. The location is unbeatable (close to great cafes, beach, playground, Manly and the city), the accommodation lovely, clean and very comfortable, and the added extras for our family fantastic. It felt like our home away from home, we all loved it.We had a wonderful family holiday and will definitely be staying again.

The apt is beautiful & cozy and you'd immediately feel it's your own home. It has everything you need, and is located perfectly. It even has a secured garage. I enjoyed having breakfast, lunch & dinner in this small village including Public Dining, Bathers Pavillion and Billy's. The owner of this apt is so lovely & helpful - answered all the detailed inquiries I asked in a very timely manner. All my friends admired this apt and you won't regret choosing this place. I have no doubt that I will come back to this place next time I visit Sydney. I almost want to keep this place secret to myself!

My husband and I stayed with our 3 small children, and the apartment was well equipped with absolutely everything we could have needed. Highchair, portacot, washing machine and dryer, all kitchen gear, great shower, extremely comfortable bed, all directly opposite one of the most beautiful beaches in Sydney. Parks, cafes, fish and chips and cellar also within walking distance. Conveniently located within close proximity to both Sydney city as well as the Northern Beaches. A fantastic choice if you have babies or children. We will definitely be staying agin on our next visit to Sydney.

The images provide an accurate impression but can't capture the salty, gentle sea breeze and that special ambiance unique to Balmoral. We chose to visit nearby cafes and restaurants but the kitchen is well equipped. If you're wanting a "home away from home" in a stunningly beautiful part of Sydney, look no further!
