This 1 bedroom apartment is in a a highly prized sought after location, opposite Cooper Park and close to Double Bay & Bondi Junction.
It can be booked for long or short term rentals according to availability,
The apartment is comfortable & bright with beautiful timber floors and a cedar front door indicating the workmanship of a past era.
It has the ability to sleep 3 or 4 persons or a couple with 1 or 2 children as there is a double sofa bed with a spring interior mattress in the lounge area.
If the sofa bed is needed please let us know prior to arrival and we will prepare the apartment accordingly re bed linen and extra towels.
The living room has a double sofa bed and a Barcelona stool a coffee table and a Plasma TV & DVD player. Foxtel is installed with an IQ box for your media pleasure.
The wall art is tasteful and interesting complimenting the style of the unit.

The kitchen has a new fridge and plenty of storage for food and utensils. It has a washing machine so you don't need to go the laundrette while on your visit to Bellevue Hill..
There are fans in the house and with the windows open there is a good cross breeze to keep the dwelling cool. (As the song goes (and in this case) 'Sydney' is the windy city). There are stairs leading up to this property.
Unlimited parking is available on the opposite side of the road just about 200 metres from the apartment. The parking immediately outside is limited to 1 hour metre parking between 8.30am and 6pm daily
There are shops and cafes also the bus stop immediately outside and Cooper Park is just opposite for you to explore or to walk your dog.
Double Bay is the next suburb and has an abundance of upmarket fashion shops and restaurants
This property is a wa15 minute walk away from the Chabad in Double Bay and the Synagogue Woollahra.
For your entertainment it is only a short bus ride away from the active night life Sydney has to offer.

Charges start at the advertised price depending on season, family numbers and duration of stay. The low pricing applies to the winter season; the highest rate is over the summer and Christmas holiday period. Minimum stay 7 nights. Requests for shorter stays will be considered subject to availability.
A bond is required (this is returned within 5-7 working days from departure, after a satisfactory inspection of the property). Other mandatory charges as listed. A pocket WIFI 3G Modem can be supplied for $120 for the first month and $75 for subsequent months thereafter.
Keys are picked up from a central office location in Darlinghurst on day of arrival. Check-in is from 2:30pm. Check-out is 10am.
