Beautiful location, comfy beds, large & spacious, great view, very quite at night, nothing was too much trouble. Hire of BBQ boat is a must. Would love to see a table on the balcony, as the view & atmosphere is so good you want to sit out there forever. Can't wait to come back!

The house is beautiful and big! Very thorough kitchen and rooms are at good sizes. Althought the only negative is that there seems to be a lot of mosquito around the house and we/and our guests have been bitten up quite quite badly overnight. Perhaps, considered having mosquito spray or mosquito traps in the house would be good. Also, no reception for mobile phones is another weakness.
Overall a very good stay with beautiful views!

Beautiful place to relax in!
We had the loveliest weekend at the Penthouse - we were able to relax and unwind, both adults and kids alike, for those precious 3 days for my 40th bday which was awesome.
The property manager was so helpful, he went out of his way to accommodate for our needs and was quick to respond.
The property had plenty of space, is very well stocked with necessary appliances and located beautifully right by the water.
The Penthouse is truly a beautiful place and we would love to come back one day soon for another session of RnR.

Perfect weekend away!
A perfect venue for our family reunion/ 60th birthday celebration. Wasn't able to order seafood platters for Friday night, due to a wedding at the restaurant and our late request, but the Fish Cafe was sooooo helpful... Let us take their seafood platters upstairs, nothing too much trouble. We booked Secret Dining for Saturday dinner... Manuel was terrific all the way through the process and the food was wonderful. Was a bit worried we would be interrupted by noise in the night, because it is so close to the ferry, but need not have worried... Beds were so comfortable we all slept soundly. Only one thing to remember - take everything with you (even salt and pepper) as the shop downstairs is very limited and very expensive. I would highly recommend this venue for a large family, or group of friends. We have a great family memory!
