3rd bedroom double bed and study facilities.
Main upstairs bathroom has a shower cubicle.

There are ceiling fans in each bedroom and there is excellent cross ventilation, which takes advantage of the breezes from the sea; it is always refreshingly cool in every area of this residence. The landscaped gardens are being re-designed to give ultimate out door pleasure.

Charges start at the advertised price depending on season, family numbers and duration of stay. The low pricing applies to the winter season; the highest rate is over the summer and Christmas holiday period. Minimum stay 7 nights.

A bond is required (this is returned within 5-7 working days from departure, after a satisfactory inspection of the property). Other mandatory charges as listed. A pocket WIFI 3G Modem can be supplied for $120 for the first month and $75 for subsequent months thereafter.

Keys are picked up from a central office location in Darlinghurst on day of arrival. Check-in is from 2:30pm. Check-out is 10am.
