Just outside the apartment is Cremorne Point Reserve, which has one of the best scenic walks in the world.
Historic 22 meter MacCallum Pool overlooking the harbour is within 5 minutes walk. This is a popular swimming location. The pool dates back to the nineteen-twenties and has been restored in keeping with this heritage. The unique waterside timber deck is an unparalleled sunbathing spot.
Look back and admire the spectacular panoramic view of the Sydney Opera House, Harbour Bridge and the city skyline. The Royal Botanic Gardens can also be seen adjacent to and to the east of the Opera House.
Continue along the foreshore walk for another five minutes and you are at the Cremorne Point Wharf. From here ferries run every half-hour to and from the city and round the point to Mosman Bay.
Another five minutes in the same direction will get you to the lighthouse on Robertson's Point, the extreme end of Cremorne Point. The view of the harbour from here extends around three hundred degrees, a wonderful vantage point for watching the yacht races and all the life of the busy harbour.
Head along the eastern foreshore of Cremorne Point and time will be forgotten. There are too many things to look at: the shipyard, the boats at their moorings, the old houses, the gardens, the whole of Mosman Bay.
Past the Rowers Club- or stop for a drink and meal- and you will see the boats at the marina and then Mosman Wharf. Have a coffee there and catch the ferry back
Ferries run between Cremorne Point and Circular Quay every thirty minutes throughout the day and every forty-five minutes during the evening.
Circular Quay has a public transport hub that connects up the city's trains, ferry and buses services.
Buses run from Cremorne Wharf , via Milson Road, to Neutral Bay Wharf, via the Military Road restaurant strip.
If you prefer to drive, the city's system of motorways and tunnels link in a short distance from Cremorne Point.
Take in a movie at the beautiful restored Hayden Orpheum Picture Theatre at Cremorne, which shows both older and house movies, as well as the latest releases.

Up to 4 persons included in tarrifs quoted. For each guest after four,$50 (AUD$) will apply for each additional guest, for each night of the reservation.
Although we generally require 5 nights stays we can accept 3 nights stays two weeks prior to the booked time if there are gaps available.
TERMS AND CONDITION - VISITOR
Please read carefully the Terms & Conditions that apply between Klavdia Alexey Corporation Pty Ltd, the Property Manager (‘ Klavdia Alexey Corporation Pty Ltd’, ’The Property Manager’, ‘we’, ‘us’) and you (the Visitor, You & Guests) for the booking of the property for the purpose of short-term holiday or furnished rental accommodation. The payment will constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
a) You are granted a limited permission to occupy the Property for a holiday purposes;
b) This is not a residential tenancy agreement under the residential tenancy legislation; and
c) Failure to comply with guest’s obligation in the Terms and Conditions may result in termination to occupy the property and eviction.
The following payments apply to all bookings:
• Deposit: 50% due within 5 business days of booking being accepted
• Balance: 50% due 30 days before stay commences
Payment of deposit: Once we accept your booking a deposit must be paid AND received by us in order to secure the booking. Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt by us of the deposit. Failure to pay the deposit in time may result in your booking being cancelled and the property being made available to others. Should we cancel a booking of yours due to non or late payment of a deposit then any deposit received by us from you will be refunded in full.
Late payments: The balance due must be received on or before its due date. If your payment fails to reach us by the due date we may choose to cancel your booking with or without notice to you, and make the property available to others. Cancellation charges apply (see below).
If you need to cancel a booking please let us know as soon as possible so we may offer the property to others.
Should YOU choose to cancel the booking: We charge an admin fee of $50.00 for processing a cancellation. Our standard cancellation charges apply.
• Cancellation ordinarily results in a cancellation charge amounting to 50% of the total booking charge
• Cancellation within 30 days of the scheduled start of stay results in a cancellation charge amounting to 100% of the total booking charge.
Should WE cancel the booking due to YOUR NON-PAYMENT: Should any of your payments fail to reach us by their due date we have the right to cancel the booking with or without providing you with notice. Under these circumstances our standard cancellation charges apply.
1. Booking and Payment
1.1.The property is let to you for the period stated in your booking confirmation. You agree to not sublet or assign the property or any part of it. Extensions are subject to availability and approval by the Property Manager.
1.2. Pay Bookings
1.2.1. A Payment Schedule is issued with your booking confirmation. For bookings longer than 8 weeks a residential lease may apply and your payment schedule may vary.
1.2.2. A Holding Deposit being 50% of the Total Amount, or up to a maximum of the first 8 weeks rental plus Departure Clean, Property Manager booking fee & Utility fees are required within 5 business days of making a booking to secure a Booking. The Balance will be due 30 days prior to Arrival or according to your Payment Schedule.
1.2.3. Failure to make payment in accordance with this schedule may result in cancellation of your booking and will be subject to the Cancellation & Refund Policy below. If you depart early you are obliged to make payments to fulfill your booking until we re-let the property for your booked dates.
1.3. Direct Pay Reservations
1.3.1. Visitors must direct all payment and confirmation queries to the Property Manager under Direct Pay. The Property Manager will provide a confirmation and information on payment, cancellation and refund terms and payment types accepted for your reservation directly with them.
2. Amendment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
2.1Any amendment or cancellation of a booking will incur a $50 administration fee.
2.2 Amendment to the dates of stay may be considered a cancellation for that booking and a new booking will be issued.
2.3 If a booking is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, 50% of the total
amount is due and payable by the Visitor.
2.4 If a booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date it would result in a cancellation charge amounting to 100% of the total booking charge. A refund will be available only for the re-let portion of your Booking.
2.5 The property manager will use best endeavors to re-let the property at the best rate to try and give you the maximum refund. Property manager accepts no liability for your foreign exchange or transactions costs.
2.6 All Refunds are calculated in AUD$ at the nightly rate less a 8.8% booking fee and transaction costs. Refunds are reversed to the payee account of the original transaction and may take up 7 days for approval plus 7 business days to appear on your statement.
2.7 Should we cancel the booking due to your nonpayment: should any of your payment fail
to reach us by the due date we have the right to cancel the booking with or without
providing you with notice. Under these circumstances our standard cancellation
3. General obligation of Visitors and Guests
3.1. The Visitor and Guests must comply with all House Rules and By-Laws that apply to the property, engage in good neighborly behavior, preserve the residential amenity and not be a nuisance or annoyance to adjoining or neighboring occupiers (e.g. loud music, parking). Particularly noise should be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 8am.
3.2.The maximum number of persons (the ‘visitors’) that may be accommodated at the property is specified in your booking confirmation. Excess persons will be required to vacate the property or a pro rata charge may apply if appropriate bedding is available at the property at the Property Manager’s discretion. All properties have a strict no party and no functions policy unless prior express written approval is granted by the Property Manager.
3.3. The Visitor and Guests must leave the property in a clean and tidy condition, and adhere to recycling/garbage removal programs.
3.4. The Visitor and Guests must leave the BBQ facilities (if applicable) in clean condition otherwise the cleaning fee of 165 (AUD$ inc.GST) would be charged and deducted from the Security Bond.
Terms & Conditions continuation - Visitor
3.5. No Guests are permitted at the Property unless prior express written approval is granted by the property Manager.Should the permission for Guests be granted – The Visitor must control and be responsible for Guests and ensure that Guests comply with the house Rules;
3.6. Comply with any instruction from the property manager and security services during their stay; and
3.7. Notify the property manager of any disputes or complaints as soon as is practicable.
4. Bond/Security Deposit and Property Damage
4.1. A Bond/Security Deposit of 10% of the Total Rental Amount is required or as advised by the Property Manager prior to Arrival. For bookings greater than 8 weeks, leases or for prestige properties the amount of Bond may vary and may be lodged with the relevant authority.
4.2. The Visitor and or their Guests may not remove any of the furniture or effects from the property and will be liable for any furniture or effects damaged or missing from the property. Furniture must be returned to its original position.
4.3 The Property Manager has the authority to deduct monies from the Security Deposit to remedy any damage, excess cleaning, missing items, excess utilities caused by the Visitor and or their Guests, or to invoice the Visitor by email, fax or post for immediate payment.
4.4 The Return of Security Bond/Deposit is processed in AUD$ less transaction costs charged by the financial institution.
5. Liability & Rental Guarantee
4.1.You agree to indemnify the Property Manager and Property Provider from any claim of loss of personal effects or financial damage direct or indirect whatsoever incurred by you in booking any property.
4.2. Property Managers will endeavor to describe the property and its position to the best of their ability and in good faith. No liability or damages will be accepted by Property Managers or Property Provider for miss-description.
4.3. You agree to be bound by Property Provider’s Rental Guarantee Terms and Conditions which provides you with protection and limits subject to eligibility for any issues relating to the property or Property Manager.
6. General Conduct
6.1. The Visitor must not smoke within the property else a de-odorizing fee will apply.
6.2. The Visitor must, every time they depart the property, securely lock doors and windows, and switch off lighting, appliances and water to conserve resources and avoid damage.
6.3. The Visitor shall immediately report to the Property Manager any repairs required or damage.
6.4. Animals are not permitted unless expressly agreed in writing by the Manager or as accepted within a “Pet-Friendly” property.
7. Right to inspect the Property and re-enter the Property
7.1. The Property Manager has the right to inspect the property during the booking period subject to reasonable prior notice being given unless the Property Manager has reasonable grounds to believe that the property is being damaged or at risk or if the Visitor breaches any term of this Agreement.
8. Arrival, Departure & Keys & Lock Outs
8.1. Visitors may collect the keys after 2pm on the Arrival Date from the office of the Property Manager, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to arrival. Visitors must reconfirm the check-in and key collection time 48 hours to arrival. Photo ID & credit card details are required when collecting keys. Arrival or Departure outside of the hours 8am to 8pm will incur additional fees the Property Manager will advise these at the time of booking.
8.2. The property must be vacated by the Visitor and keys returned to the Property Manager by 10:00 am on the Departure Date. Failure to depart will authorize a property manager to levy additional charges for rental and costs incurred.
8.3. Visitors are responsible for keys (including access devices) and loss of keys and key/lock replacement costs will be passed on to the Visitor.
9. Cancellation by the Property Manager
9.1. In the unlikely instance that a property is withdrawn, the property manager will endeavor to locate an alternative property of similar location and features, or offer a full refund at that time for Easy Pay Bookings. If the Visitor selects one of the alternative properties, a new booking will be created and funds will be transferred to the new booking.
10. Right of refusal and application of other Special Conditions
10.1. Property managers may refuse at its discretion to accept any Visitor and Guest. Furthermore, Property Managers may require that other Special Conditions be agreed to on arrival of the Visitor.
11.Privacy and General Law
11.1 Property managers will not share your personal information with any third party, unless it is required to complete your booking, provide services to you, or settle your account.
11.2 Any notice or communication must be in writing and delivered to the office of: Ms Claudia Azoury during business hours Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, excluding public holidays.
