At the front of the house you encounter a very comfortable lounge room with 2 leather sofas, a large plasma screen TV, DVDCD player and stereo radio.
Foxtel is installed at this property and includes several packages, Sports Channels, Showtime, if you wish to add other channels it can be arranged but there would be a charge.
Also featured on the ground floor of this residence are laundry facilities with washing machine and drier.
First Floor: The stairs and bedrooms are carpeted.
When its time to rest or curl up with a book, Bedroom One boasts a Queen-size bed There is also an en-suite bathroom and balcony to take in the vista of this very lively area and its many moods from dawn to dusk and a plasma screen TV to enjoy when you have an early night.
The second bedroom also has a built-in mirror wardrobe with plenty of hanging room and storage space, bedside table and bedside light.
There is a spacious main bathroom with a large bath and separate shower cubicle. A linen cupboard for bed linen and towels for your convenience.

As this property is pet friendly please inform us when you make your booking if you are bringing a pet with you. If so there is also a carpet clean to be done at the end of your stay. This carpet clean is carried out for hygienic reasons.
When not relaxing in your residence, step out to experience Paddington shopping area, a bustling community which is a short walk away, as well as a shopping precinct at Edgecliff railway station.
Rushcutters Bay Harbour and Park just across the New South Head Rd is 3 or 4 minutes walk where you can enjoy the yachts and other boats while you have a picnic under the trees; this is a great area for children and there are also exercise area in this lovely park to keep you trim.
From New South Head Rd you can drive straight into the CCT and be in Balmain within 8 or 9 minutes, this is one of the few area that still has the feel of village life but with superb fashion boutiques to equal any in the city. You will love Balmain for its relaxed lifestyle and restaurants, not to mention the weekend markets.
Sydney city is only 2.5km away. Just 8 or 9 minutes on the train or bus.
Bus access is at your door and Edgecliff railway station is within 5 minutes walk. The railway line is quite close to the house and trains can be heard.
The city is 10 minutes away and there is immediate access to Cross City tunnel by car
Traveling east within 10 to 15 minutes drive there are gorgeous ocean and harbour beaches to soak up the sun and sights.
It is less than 10 minutes walk to Kings Cross where there are excellent eateries of all kinds. An impressive selection of cafes, clubs and nightspots are scattered throughout the area just 4 minutes walk up Darlinghurst Rd.
Swim and surf at Bondi Beach, Coogee and Bronte three of the most sought after locations for beach and water activities.

This is an incredible part of NSW with the focus being on the mountain views but there are delightful cafes and restaurants, gift shops and fashion shops in Leura and Katoomba and surrounding areas. Well worth a visit

Charges start at the advertised price depending on season, family numbers and duration of stay. The low pricing applies to the winter season; the highest rate is over the summer and Christmas holiday period. Minimum stay 7 nights. Requests for shorter stays will be considered subject to availability.
A bond is required (this is returned within 5-7 working days from departure, after a satisfactory inspection of the property). Other mandatory charges as listed. A pocket WIFI 3G Modem can be supplied for $120 per month.
Keys are picked up from a central office location in Darlinghurst on day of arrival. Check-in is from 2:30pm. Check-out is 10am.
