Eat-in kitchen:

Kitchen features a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electrical cooking appliances, seating for four people and tea-making facilities with complimentary coffee and an interesting selection of teas! There is also a flat screen TV in this room.

Pet friendly:

One small well behaved dog would be welcome. There is a dog friendly park right across the road from the apartment.

Location

Sydney University, RPA Hospital and Newtown shops are restaurants are all just a short walk from Church Street Apartment.

Church Street Apartment is located at 238 Church Street, Newtown right opposite Camperdown Memorial Rest Park - ideal for jogging or strolling or simply enjoying a picnic on the grass. The park also features St Stephens Church which was built in 1849, designed by Edmond Blackett, St Stephens church building is one of the finest examples of neo-gothic architecture in Australia.

Rates

REGULAR RATES

$150 per night for 2 people (add $20 per night for an extra adult - free accommodation for kids under 6! - add $60 for single night surcharge)

HIGH SEASON PEAK PERIOD RATES

Rates increase by 10% for the peak periods of NSW school holidays, public holidays and long weekends. Rates increase by 25% for extraordinary peak periods of Easter and Mardi Gras and from 19 December to 30 January.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dadirri was an excellent location for my mother and myself to base ourselves. The owner was on site and welcomed us on our arrival. It was also close to parks, cafe's, and public transport which we made great us of. Our rooms were very comfortable and when needed we were able to cook for ourselves in the well equipped kitchenette.
