The living area is comfortable and spacious having a sofa bed, (handy if you have an overnight guest), dining table and chairs, plasma TV DVD player and a radio stereo with CD. There is an air conditioner on this level.

The kitchen is compact but has all amenities needed to prepare and cook a meal, having a gas top, an electric oven and a microwave.
All crockery and cooking pots are provided as well as bed linen and towels for a 'home away from home' stay. The laundry has a washer and drier as well as a laundry tub.

The large bedroom has 2 single beds currently joined and made up as a king sized bed. Just let us know your requirements and we can have the sleeping arrangements ready to suit your requirements.
There are bedside cabinets and lights and a pedestal fan.
A built-in wardrobe with mirror doors has ample storage and hanging space.

The bathroom on the same level is fully tiled having a shower over the bath and mirror cupboards with plenty of room for your cosmetics etc. There is a hairdryer.

On the corner of Quarry master Drive there is a convenience store for those forgotten items you need immediately.

Charges start at the advertised price depending on season, family numbers and duration of stay. Low pricing applies to the winter season; the highest is over the summer and Xmas holiday period.

Bookings of Less than 7 nights will be considered subject to availability

Bond and Departure Clean - A bond is required; this is refunded at the end of the stay subject to a satisfactory inspection of the apartment. There is a charge for a professional departure clean. Internet connection is supplied at an extra charge of $120 for the first month and $75 for subsequent months.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very central for all tourist attractions in the city. Very clean and quiet except for the light rail, but is not an issue. Felt very secure with door entry, foyer and lift. Very well lit.
