Rated 2 out of 5 by from Could be so much more!!!!!! The place itself was pretty good. nice and convenient location but there really are some things about it the literally let it down. Basic cooking utensils were not present. No spatulas, scoops, tongs. The pots and pans were old, scratched and not fir for purpose. Some of the plates had to be rewashed as they were dirty from the cupboard. So much space in the kitchen but all the cupboards were you would expect to see kitchen items are empty. Bedroom 3 next to the entrance - door handle fell off. Bedroom 1 with double bed - ensuite tap was loose and falling off. I had to tighten it up myself to make it usable. It needs mosquito / fly screens. we got eaten by mosquitoes. We had our 10 week old son with us and we had to buy a mossy fly and put it over him. At the very least, provide some mossy coils or spray or something. Aircon is only in main area. Aircon in all room would have been good. In addition to the above, it would help for a client manager and a facilities manager to get together and visit the apartment and see if they themselves would be happy to stay in the place in its current condition noting that scenarios such as cooking should be considered. The staff is good (over the phone). Could respond faster to phone calls and inquiries. Should also provide more information about additional parking. Whatever may it be (i.e side street, parking lot 5 min away, etc.)
