A great feature of this home is a rear deck and private garden that is a haven in the summer months for outdoor living with a BBQ . The house is very well equipped with high quality inclusions. It would suit a large or extended family.. The timber floors on the ground level are recycled Blackbutt and the furnishings are modern and streamlined for easy living.

The family room which opens out on the garden, features a large sofa and 2 comfortable matching leather chairs. The timber dining table seats 6 persons, or 8 at a pinch. All table ware is provided.
There are sliding doors to the wrap-around deck with a gas BBQ and an outdoor table and 6 chairs giving extended out door summer living and privacy. The rear yard is completed by a Springfree trampoline: It is perfect for a family with children.
A sliding door separates the media room which is equipped with a 42" Sony TV and DVD player.

The fully equipped kitchen with Caesar stone benchtops boasts European appliances including a 6 burner 'Ilve' gas cooktop, large oven, dishwasher and double door stainless steel Westinghouse fridge. For your beverages there is a fruit juicer and a Breville Coffee Machine with grinder.
The laundry area in the main bathroom is enclosed and is complete with an LG front loader washing machine and a Simpson clothes dryer.
The bedrooms upstairs are carpeted; the main bedroom has a king sized bed with two wardrobes an ensuite bathroom (with a shower over the bath), bedside tables and lamps and drawers.
There is a second upstairs bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed which would be great for 3 children.
Downstairs there is a large bedroom with a double bed and desk, and the fourth bedroom has a double sofa bed with an innerspring mattress. It will be made up for you as a bedroom if required. All bed linen and towels are provided for your stay.

There is good cross ventilation in the house giving a cooling effect in the summer months.

There is on-street parking without restriction or penalty.
Out front there is an organic vegetable and herb garden, feel free to pick whatever takes your fancy!
Local Attractions Shops close by in the area have a wide variety of food, cafes & good restaurants.

Centennial Park is good for a day out and is 3 minutes by car; there are plenty of parking places while you explore the park or have a picnic by the lake. The park restaurant is open during the day from breakfast until mid afternoon
Fred Hollows Reserve park is about 10 minutes walk and has a substantial walking track in the reserve.
The bus stop is at the end of the street. Buses take you to Central Station, the City or Circular Quay; where you can enjoy a Sydney Harbour cruise or sample the great choices for meals and dinner at the Harbour-side restaurants from Woolloomooloo to Watsons Bay. Darling Harbour is accessible by bus and the IMAX theatre. the Star Casino & theatre are there among the many waterside restaurants and a large variety of shops. While you are here in Sydney take the opportunity to swim and surf at Bondi Beach, Coogee and Bronte three of the most sought after locations for beach and water activities. A 5 minute drive will take you to Bronte and Coogee beaches.

A bond is required (this is returned within 5-7 working days from departure, after a satisfactory inspection of the property). A departure clean is charged for each tenancy. If a pet stays there is an extra charge for a carpet clean. Other mandatory charges as listed. A pocket WIFI 3G Modem can be supplied for $120 for up to a month and $75 for subsequent months thereafter.

Keys are picked up from a central office location in Darlinghurst on day of arrival. Check-in is from 2:30pm. Check-out is 10am.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very nice and clean house located near to malls and Sydney's beaches. Furnished very modern the great kitchen and living room are the highlights of the house. There is a impressive audio system and and plasma TV with an extra 5.1 Dolby surround system, the rest of the house contains on two levels two bathrooms with a shower and a bath and 4 sleeping rooms. Perfect for families with kids or anyone else who wants to stay in Sydney for holiday!
