It is in walking distance or a short bus ride to many attractions of the inner west such as the bay run, cinema, weekend markets, swimming pools and great shopping areas. There are numerous wonderful cafes, restaurants and pubs in walking distance.

This is a delightful property with a lot of charm and warmth. Comfy bed and lots of room. Kate couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. It is also very convenient for great cafes and public transport.

We had a great stay in Foucart Street and it suited our needs perfectly as we had family living nearby. The apartment was well presented, spotlessly clean and the courtyard was charming. Kate was a gracious host, and should we return to Sydney, we would stay again

An adorable retreat
From the moment we walked in I knew this was going to be a fun place. It is meticulously neat and clean. It is laid out around an enchanting garden. Although it was not the weather to eat outside there was a table where you could enjoy breakfast or lunch in perfect privacy. My sister and I were especially pleased with how well-equipped the place was, from all the extra bedding you could want, to the well thought-out tools in the kitchen for preparing and eating one's own meals. And the generous provisions for breakfast, including coffee and tea! We ate in a lot -- that saving almost covered the cost of the rent. On one occasion my sister remarked: "I've come up with something they don't have! A grater!" "Left hand cupboard, top shelf," I replied. We had to laugh. I guess there must be something our hostess had not thought of, but in our extended stay we did not notice it. And although we did not bring a car, I noticed that there was always plenty of parking outside. We preferred to use the light rail that was an easy walk on a level section of Lilyfield Road; or to climb the hill to Balmain Rd./Darling St. and pick up a bus. We did this a lot since Lilyfield/Rozelle is such a beautiful area to explore. A nearby shop sold cappucinos from early in the morning which was a nice change. You buy your coffee and stroll back, or just watch the dogs playing in the park. Overall, a cosy comfortable place, in a drop-dead gorgeous setting!

The property is handy to the local shops, parks, swimming pools, and quick trip into Sydney city to visit art galleries, ferry trips to Manly etc. The accommodation is very comfortable and has a sunny courtyard garden.
