The entrance to the house is into the front room furnished with cream leather sofas and a Plasma TV. A second sitting room through an archway which is comfortable for relaxing or reading and has a double sofa bed that may be needed for an extra guest or a person who is not able to climb the stairs to the bedrooms on the upper level.

The modern kitchen with a timber worktop has an abundance of storage and is fully equipped having a gas 4-burner cook top, an electric oven and fridge freezer. All cooking accessories and tableware are here to be used while you are staying in the property.

An all white-tiled bathroom is on the ground level. There is a modern sink unit with storage for personal items and a toilet. The shower cubicle has a rainfall shower head and also a hand shower.

The stairs to the upper level have good quality carpet. Both bedrooms have queen beds. There are hanging rails for garments and storage for other items. Bedside tables and reading lights complete the picture.
The second bedroom has access to the covered large deck with outdoor furniture.

This is truly city living being only a short stroll to The Cook+Phillip Aquatic centre, Hyde Park, St Marys Cathedral, and the Sydney Art Gallery

Many excellent restaurants and cafes are within metres of the house with great menus at very reasonable prices.

Local Attractions

It is ideally placed to access all other areas. The bus stop is close by and a walk through Hyde Park will take you to St James Railway Station where a short train journey will take you to Circular Quay or Central Station.

The Bondi Beach, Bronte and Coogee beaches are among favourite venues for swimming, surfing and beach fun. All are accessed by regular bus services.The location of the house makes it ideal for people working and filming at Fox Studios or anywhere else in Sydney because of its close proximity to buses and trains.

Entertainment, facilities and places of interest close by include: Verona and Chavel arthouse movie theatres, Sydney's newest drama theatre 'Eternity', upmarket Macleay St shopping and dining.

Rushcutters Bay Park Harbour front and the Cruising Yacht Club is about 15 mins walk. Fantastic views of the yachts and motor launches.
There are weekend markets by the site of the El Alamaine Memorial Fountain in Potts Point.
The Saturday market is a farmers market and the Sunday market is run by the Rotary Club of Kings Cross.

There is an easy bus ride to the iconic Bondi beach and other popular ocean beaches. If you want surfing take the bus to Bondi Beach, there is plenty of fun on the skating rinks at Bondi Beach.

A bus ride will take you to the massive Westfield Shopping Centre Bondi Junction, or into the city and other areas.

The 18-footers Yacht club in Double Bay is less than 2k. It is well worth a visit; great menu, meals served inside the dining room or outside on the terrace.

If you have health issues St Vincents Private and Public Hospital and St Lukes Private Hospital are easily accessible by bus.

Keys are picked up from a central office location in Darlinghurst on your day of arrival. Check-in is from 2:30pm. Check-out is 10am.
