'The 150 Apartments' are a select number of residential style apartments in the one boutique complex, which are offered for executive and holiday accommodation. These stylish apartments are ideal for travelers who appreciate space, style and the convenience of facilities within their individual apartments, but do not require the services of a hotel such as room service, concierge or front desk.

Located right in the hub of cosmopolitan Sydney, this boutique development was recently designed by world renowned architects Engelen Moore, with a distinctive funky orange facade.

True to Engelen Moores style, the interior foyer and corridors are minimalist industrial, yet the interior of each apartment is a fusion of industrial and contemporary glamour with their large ornate mirrors combined with funky Pirelli rubber stud floors. All furnishings within the apartments are hip contemporary designer pieces.

There are 4 types of apartments available:

1 Bedroom Apartments (1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, Single Storey)
Premium 2 Bedroom Apartments (2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, 2 Storey)
Superior 2 Bedroom Apartments (2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, Single Storey)
3 Bedroom Apartments (3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom 2 Storey)

Apartments are located on levels 2 to 9, of a 9 story boutique apartment complex and are furnished in colour schemes of either dramatic black or white. Please note whilst particular colour schemes and floor levels may be requested, they cannot be guaranteed.

This apartment complex is located in Liverpool Street, next to Hyde Park, and is within walking distance to just about everything. The apartments are located amongst everything fantastic Sydney has to offer, with shops, restaurants, cafes and transport right on your doorstep, and Sydney CBD and City attractions are all within walking distance.

This property has minimum night stay restrictions which vary throughout the year. The general restriction is 5 nights minimum, however during busy periods a 7 night minimum stay restrictions applies, and other times there is a 3 nights minimum stay when there is shorter availability between bookings. We occassionally accommodate 2 night bookings for last minute deals.


This fully self-contained, one bedroom apartment is contemporary in design and ideal for a single traveller, couple or two travelling companions.
The apartment consists of wall to wall glass sliding doors which lead out to  slimline balcony the full length of the apartment.
Master bedroom which also opens out to the balcony has 1 x King Bed (which can be separated into twin beds upon request) and built in wardrobes.
The bathroom has an overhead rainshower , basin and toilet and mirrored built in cupboard space.  
The open plan kitchen is minimalist in design with all facilities integrated into the clean lines of the cupboards, including a fridge/freezer, 4 burner electric stove and an electric oven. Funky Pirelli stud rubber floors are throughout the kitchen. Cooking utensils, pots, pans crockery and glasses are provided.
The open plan lounge and dining area offer an L shaped lounge, coffee table, six seat mirrored dining table, leading to long balcony with outdoor setting for 2. 32" LCD TV, DVD, CD, Free Cable TV, Free Wi-Fi + IDD Phone.
The internal laundry is concealed behind clean lined integrated cupboards. Laundries are facilitated with Omega combined washing machine dryers, iron and ironing board.
Large air conditioning unit is located in the living area which facilitates the entire apartment.
All towels, linen, Molton Brown Soaps and shampoos, and detergents are provided.

Double story with lofty 6 metre high ceilings in the living areas. 120 sq meters in size with wall to wall glass doors open out to your own private terrace - some apartments have views out to Sydney City's trendy Inner East (levels 6 and above).
Sleek kitchens are full size and fully equipped with all modern appliances and cooking utensils.
Lounge areas are open plan with 27/32" LCD TV and DVD/CD player.
Two large terraces, one off the master bedroom, the other off the lounge area.
Master bedrooms have a king bed & bedroom opens out to guests own private extra large terrace retreat overlooking Oxford Street. The second bedrooms are funky loft style with king beds that can be separated to make two twin beds, and massive built ins.
Two oversized bathrooms, the ensuite with full bathtub & shower, and the main with double size shower. All bathrooms have beautiful molton Brown Bath and Body Products. Hairdryer included.
Internal laundry, with washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.
Large office with desk and IDD/STD telephone, FREE local telephone calls and FREE high speed Wi Fi broadband internet.

UPPER LEVEL: Master Bedroom with king size bed, two walls of sliding glass doors which open out to amazing rooftop terrace with fantastic Inner City views (not harbor views). Outdoor armchair setting and dining table. One Ensuite with twin sinks and walk in shower. Long Office Area with large desk space, two task chairs, and desk lamp. Fully ducted air con in upper level. Timber floor boards throughout.
LOWER LEVEL: 2 bedrooms 2 x king beds (3rd bedroom can be separated into 2 x single beds), 1 large bathroom with freestanding bathtub and rain shower.
Huge open plan lounge, dining, kitchen areas leading to large outdoor terrace balcony with six seat outdoor setting. Internal laundry. 32" LCD TV & CD/DVD player. Free Foxtel Cable TV. R/C A/C in Living Space (not ducted into bedrooms). Fully carpeted throughout lower level. Fantastic Inner City district views throughout the apartment.

All kitchens have all modern appliances and are fully equipped.
All apartments have FREE high speed Wi Fi broadband internet with own internal modem and FREE local phone calls.
Security car parking is also available FREE of charge for all 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, 1 bedroom Apartments parking is subject to availability.
FREE Foxtel Cable TV.
All linen and towels are supplied.
Bathrooms have complimentary Molton Brown bath & body products.
Weekly 2-3 hour housekeeping (for stays longer than 7 nights) and departure clean included.
All apartments are strictly non smoking ( smoking permitted on balconies)
Check in time is from 3:00pm and check out time is up to 10:00am

PLEASE NOTE: There is a VERY strict No PARTY / NO DISTURBANCE policy at this property. Visiting guests are not permitted to be in the apartments, or in the common areas of the building between the hours of 9pm to 7am. Breach of this condition will result in immediate cancellation of the booking, without refund. Please understand this is not negotiable.

Our four member family had a wonderful time discovering Sydney and enjoying the apartment. The internet included was a bonus as it allowed us to skype home and update facebook with pictures of us exploring Sydney. We would defintely return to this property.

Little things like good sized coffee cups and a good number of wine glasses made it very easy to have a few friends in from time to time during our stay. The master bedroom facing Liverpool Street was a bit noisy.
