Rated 3 out of 5 by from EXCELLENT location! Great airflow and design. A great living space. The tibetan conversational pit works really well, as does the open kitchen/dining area. The indoor/outdoor bathroom is lovely as is the high window allowing lights and a great breeze through to the loft bedroom. A nice space overall but not that child friendly.

It is one block from Centennial Park and is a stones throw from the football stadium... there are a couple of pubs within a couple of blocks of the place and Woollahra had a nice villagey feel to it. We were really lucky with parking considering most of the area is 1 or 2 hour parking limited until 6 or 8pm given the area. We didn't get any tickets for parking and most occasions was able to find parking after only a couple of rounds around the area.
