This clean self contained apartment is in Cavenagh St, Darwin, meaning you are in the thick of the CBD, adjoining the Smith St Mall, and a 5 minute walk to Mitchell St, but without being on the main street. The locality to everything is great. Shops, transport, restaurants etc. All the tour buses pick up from just across the road at "The Cav", so going on tour of the Top End is easy. Plenty of linen, and a spa to soak off the heat of the day. Definite recommend for singles or maybe a couple. I will definitely stay there on my next trip to Darwin....Leeanne

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We were very happy with our accomodation. Loved the position and that we were so close to supermarket, coffee shops, eating places, galleries and the swimming lagoon. Also having the carpark for our hire car was good. We really appreciated having milk etc in fridge and coffee. Having large beach towels available was also great as we went swimming most days. We found that the unit had everything that we required, eg. hairdryer, washing machine, drying rack, iron etc. Little things like having cling wrap available......we made a picnic lunch for when we drove to Litchfield Nat. Park was appreciated. We had breakfast out on the balcony every morning and also some evening meals and loved being able to watch the sunset.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I very much enjoyed the accommodation at 138/21 Cavanagh Street. The fact that you had milk and cereal, butter (unfortunately these had melted prior to going in the fridge) was great as I arrived and had to rush off to the conference I was attending. Close to the shops, and the convention centre, could walk there. Good to see a hairdryer, an absolute must. Location was great, even though it was opposite the pub i was not disturbed by noise. The apartment was neat, clean and quite comfortable although the tv is very high and not good for the neck from the very low sofa!! (Better once I found the second tv in the wardrobe on the evening that I left lol!I would certainly stay again, great value.
