Knuckeys Lagoon Villa is a wonderful private villa that we heartily recommend to anyone. Kath and Rick were the perfect hosts. We spent a lovely relaxing few days in this beautifully appointed private villa. It is a perfect location to explore Darwin and surrounds and we have no hesitation in recommending this oasis.

Despite arriving at midnight in the pouring rain (it was the start of the rainy season) the owners were at the end of the driveway to meet and show us around which was a great welcome we appreciated. We were absolutely delighted with the villa and spent most of our stay at the villa admiring the views and relaxing by the pool. We would highly recommend Knuckey Lagoons Villa and will definitely stay here again when we next visit Darwin.

We stayed for a week and had a relaxing, comfortable break. I thoroughly recommend anyone who wishes to spend a few days in Darwin to seriously consider this instead of the usual hotel accommodation, as it is a far better experience. The villa is just how tropical living should be, while the hosts are friendly but not intrusive. Fantastic surrounds top it all off, this was a great way to spend a week away.cheers!

We stayed at this wonderful place for five days. The accommodation was beautiful, nicely appointed, and secluded, with great views of vegetation, flowers, and other wildlife in which we were interested. Be sure to bring your bathing suit for the private little pool. Our hosts were extremely nice and thoughtful. We celebrated our 48th wedding anniversary, and the Jibaru (a magnificant stork) visited us for our last night here.
