Designed with high ceilings and lots of character and charm. Set in a tree studded yard with beautifully landscaped gardens in a very quiet street only metres from lovely Park with play ground.

You can stroll just around the corner to view the beautiful river city view or catch the CityCat to New Farm, Southbank Parklands and central Brisbane.

A bus to the city passes the door and major roads give easy access to Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast highways. Alternatively itâ??s just a short cab ride into the heart of the city.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cosy Cottage We were looking specifically for a dog friendly place in Brisbane and of course found a place at Cosy Cottage. It lives up to its name. Not only that but unless you pay much higher rates than we have had to for Cosy Cottage, you are likely to find the place to be somewhat less than desireable. Not so with Cosy Cottage. It has everything you could possibly wish for and more. The place offered many personable touches...even a hot water bottle for the cooler evenings. We loved it and would most certainly stay again. The location was ideal and given that you were in close proximity to the city, the street itself was very quiet indeed. I would strongly recommend this place.

The house is centrally located and very close to the City and restaurants and major arterial roadways, and importantly a dog off leash park only a few minutes’ walk away. We do enjoy travelling with our dog, Rex, and really appreciate that properties like this are available for rent. The rear grassed area was perfect for playing ball, and the covered lockable area under the house was ideal for play time even during wet weather. The house has everything and is beautifully appointed. We are so thankful that the owners of this wonderful property have allowed us to stay, and have a memorable holiday with our dog, who is an important part of our family. Many many thanks for allowing Simon and I and our boys to stay at your lovely cottage - it was just perfect :- There really weren't any ways in which the stay could have been more enjoyable - it was just perfect! Maintenance issues: the handle in the main bedroom was very loose and falling off but the door could still be bolted and secure.  With many many thanks again for all your hospitality and wishing you and your family a very safe and happy Christmas! Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thank you for fantastic stay. We loved the house relaxed atmosphere and well equipped kitchen. Place is quiet and not far from Gabba (shops,cafes, restaurants). Good available parking space on the premises and on the street. It was hot weather when we stayed, but inside was nice, even without switching AirCon on. We would certainly choose Cosy Cottage again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We all absolutely loved our stay at Cosy Cottage. It was incredibly clean and comfortable and we felt very at home there, all 7 of us! And as we were without a car the location was great, 10min walk to the ferry station or short trip by taxi over the bridge.
