The villa was cool, serene, and beautifully maintained, and the gardens and pool area just spectacular. From lazy mornings breakfasting on the balcony while overlooking the gardens and estuary, to short evening strolls to the main shopping area and restaurants, we felt pampered and relaxed.
The villa was quiet and private despite being in a complex and so close to the main street, with every amenity provided for a comfortable stay, be it fully self-catering or taking advantage of the many restaurants close at hand. The furnishings were comfortable and most importantly, the bed and pillows were comfortable.
We loved every minute of our week exploring the reef, rainforest and region, and the villa provided a lovely sanctuary when we werent feeling overly active.
