We are proud to present this air conditioned and renovated 2 bedroom duplex in a quiet, family oriented street in the renowned Gold Coast suburb of Burleigh Heads, famous for its surfing beaches, village atmosphere and national park.
The property features a large fully fenced and gated front lawn area with covered outdoor dining, BBQ, and plenty of grass for the kids to play or the pets to run around.
The main bedroom has a Queen bed with the second bedroom featuring a set of single bunks and a double bed. Both rooms have ceiling fans. There is a comfortable double sofa bed located in the living room.
There is a fully equipped laundry and a remote operated garage available for parking.
The 42 inch Plasma TV with free foxtel and DVD player will keep the kids entertained. There is also fast wireless internet available free of charge.
The fully equipped kitchen offers the ability to self cater with a convenience store located 50m away and Coles 1 km away. There are also many award winning restaurants within just a 15 minutes stroll.
Just 100 metres away you'll find a recently established eating precinct that has taken the gold coast by storm. Commune Cafe and Street Corner offer an excellent breakfast and lunch while two new restaurants, Willow Dining Room and The Little Plate, are very popular with locals for dinner. The precinct also features a day spa, hair dressers and boutiques.
Theme parks are approx 30 minutes away by car.
Please note that with the surrounding area being of a family nature, parties or excessive noise will not be tolerated. The Gold Coast City Council has implemented tough penalties for guests who disturb the peace of neighbouring residents.
Further to this, please understand that we do not have the resources at our disposal to provide an environment suitable for 'Schoolies' accommodation services. Large establishments in Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach are able to provide full time security during schoolies week to prevent unauthoried access and subsequent damage to their apartments, which provides peace of mind to both owners and schoolies guests. For this reason we advise that schoolies bookings will NOT be honored resulting in a LOSS of deposit. We kindly ask that you make arrangements through establishments geared to cater for schoolies if you require accommodation for that purpose.

To his credit, the owner presents this unit wonderfully and it is immaculately clean. Linen is supplied which is a great idea. Kids loved the Pay TV and with 5 kids the enclosed yard and outdoor area was a bonus. With a large family it is hard to find affordable accommodation to house us all but was absolutely perfect for our short break at the beach.
