The main luxury bedroom has its private courtyard with deck and a top of the range ensuite. Modern design of space, colour, texture and light will delight you throughout this house.
Begin you day with a pleasant 5 minute walk to the Beach. Take you pet to the park nearby. Walk to the bridge for a spot of fishing or walk to the boat ramp and hire a fishermans boat for the catch of the day. What else could you wish for at Runaway Bay, you will be sure to find.
Finally, come home to a huge decked patio overlooking a 9 metre lap pool with a large sandstone wall surrounded by beautiful timber works. Cook your evening meals under this spacious outdoor entertainment area with a Stainless Steel BBQ, equipped with bench and bar fridge blending beautifully in this designer holiday home. Let your eyes be entertained by the changing colours of the pool lights, the reflections on the pool glass fence and the shadows of the plants against the featured timber fence.

CONDITION OF USE
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Parties and Functions are STRICTLY PROHIBITED and sorry no schoolies. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Do not book "Reiki at Runaway Bay" if you are a "schoolie" or a "schoolie parent" booking on behalf of their child. They will not be accepted. Any "schoolie" who books without full disclosure will be turned away and payment will be forfeited.
DEPOSIT & BOND
IF YOU WISH TO BOOK, PLEASE CONFIRM VIA EMAIL. A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WHICH CAN BE PAID BY DIRECT DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED. Payment of deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Balance of the rental amount (50%) plus bond must be received in full 21 days prior to occupancy or the owner has the right to cancel the booking.
Bond is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ...etc.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
Arrival - check in is from 3pm however this is flexible depending on availability. It is necessary to contact the property manager with your arrival time so as they can arrange to meet, greet and hand over keys and remotes to the home.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10 am at the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond. Antisocial behaviour will be dealt by employed security company ATM who will record by head cam any face to face callouts with tenants.
A small selection of amenities will be provided on arrival i.e. toilet paper, tea and coffee, to get you started.
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenants personal property.
RATES AND SEASONS
Generally there are 3 seasons:
Xmas and peak season
The low season rate is $250.
Holiday season is $285
Xmas Holiday season is $358 a night.
Xmas & New Year week $558 a night.
All bookings require a $500 bond.
To confirm a booking a 50% deposit is required.
Pets may be considered depending on breed & training.
House Rules for Pets:
Guests are responsible for the following regarding their pets.Pets will cost an extra fee of $30 a week.
- all information about pets must be disclosed, this includes, size, breed, number, indoor or outdoor pet.
- all dog poo must be collected.
- all dogs are forbidden on couches,chairs etc.....
- no dogs are allowed inside the pool fence for hygenic reasons.
