Walk to the Tallebudgera Creek and Burleigh Headland national park. Just beyond the headland is the fabulous street shopping and caf├ęs of Burleigh Heads. A car is useful but not necessary; Cafes and shops are just around the corner and bus services are near by. Pacific Fair and Robina shopping centres, Robina railway station, Currumbin trendy coffee shops, Currumbin bird sanctuary and Coolangatta Airport are all within a 15min drive.

No pets allowed on property

No functions or parties permitted

Gathering of people restricted - no more than 12 people

All breakages and damage must be paid for in full by the guest

No Schoolies

Beachy enough to be able to totally relax and modernised enough to have all the necessary comforts. An amazing, unhindered beach view with literally just a few steps down to the beach. The front yard is beautifully kept lawn which was perfect for a bit of fun and sun bathing in private. Our family will definitely be making this our 'go to' beach house property when we want to plan our next getaway. We booked for 4 nights and were enjoying ourselves so much, we extended another night. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for some R&R beachside.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A holiday worth repeating We spent a wonderfully relaxing week in this charming house with my parents and our 3 young kids. The beach access and view was just amazing. The photos of the house speak for themselves, and yet we still arrived and felt like we had found some sort of well-kept secret and we knew this house will become a family favourite to return to. The house itself has all we needed - we loved the outdoor hot water shower for returns from the beach, and the size of the lawn area for kids to play in is unlike any other place we have stayed for holidays. We can't wait to stay again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome beachfront house The location of this house is incredible with a view to die for. We spent a week here over Christmas. Perfect place for a family holiday. Palm Beach is chilled and unspoiled. The house is well thought out with a great indoor/outdoor open plan living area. There's a huge lawn in front of the house; great for a game of cricket or swing ball. The kitchen is well equipped and there's an ice dispenser in the fridge which is an added bonus. Would thoroughly recommend this house to anyone wanting a relaxing beach break.
