"Nautica is the very best beachfront home available on the coast bar none" says the Gold Coast Bulletin. And with rates from $950/night in low season to $2,890/night over Christmas/New Year, you and 9 others will adore your days on the beach.
We don't accept functions/parties. That said, after an early morning dip in the waters of Palm Beach, you can warm down with a few laps of the 29 degree heated beachfront pool and then breakfast on the lanai overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Shit, you're almost in it! Spend the afternoon sunbaking before feasting at any of the dozen or so restaurants just minutes away.
Like all Dream Holiday Homes, Nautica on Jefferson Lane is ultra contemporary in design and is a magnet for families, movie/sports stars, business leaders and heads of state. There is a 5 car garage, 4 floor elevator, huge open plan kitchen/lounge area, upstairs kids' lounge and 180 degree uninterrupted sea views.
Stay long enough and you're guaranteed to spot manta rays, dolphins, whales (in season) and fish from the balconies.
The beach stairs are sometimes mere metres from the high water mark and you won't be able to wipe the smile from your family's faces the entire time you're in residence.
This is an iconic Gold Coast home and has been featured on Ch 9's "A Current Affair", 7's "Sunrise", most major newspapers along with Australian Traveller Magazine which rated it in Australia's top 100 Holiday Homes and in the Gold Coast's top 3!

A $6m dollar home that floods when it rains! We stayed there recently and spent the whole four days mopping floors and moving furniture and rugs to prevent property damage. The water completely covered the floor on the 1st level lounge / entertainment room and ran down the hall past the first bedroom. We switched the power off in this room and our kids had to move to the bedroom at the back of the house as the hallway tiles were so slippery. The ground floor also flooded rendering the enclosed BBQ area and half the main lounge area unusable. The main bedroom on the second floor also leaked from the ceiling with a continual dripping sound as the water hit the carpet. I realise the owners cannot control the weather and we did experience cyclonic wind and rain conditions during our stay but for a house of this calibre I expected to at least be able to sit back and enjoy a beer without having to deal with the water flooding inside the house. We could accept it if this was the first time that the house leaked in bad weather, however, it is made clear in the compendium and instructions that the house leaks when it rains and guests are expected to place "Floor" towels provided in two big containers at all doors if there is any rain during their stay. Of course we only found out about this upon arrival or we wouldn't have booked this place to start with.If it wasn't for the $7,000 dollar bond that was taken from our account up front we would have bailed after the first day and checked into the Peppers resort down the road.I've never experienced this before as most places just take an imprint of you're credit card and not actually take the money out of your account. There is also a camera watching the pool which is a bit Creepy in my book! Please note: This is a beautiful house in an unbeatable location but the owners need to fix the bi-folding doors on all levels. This would have been our "go to" holiday house if not for this problem. The owners were kind enough two offer us two nights for free if we paid for another seven nights adding insult to injury. So tel me what would you expect for $1,290 per night?0 people found this review to be helpful. 0 people found this review to not be helpful.

EXCELLENT!!! Home was exactly as it was presented on Stayz. The best part was watching the surfers in front of the house from the 30degree heated pool. We've stayed multiple times and will return!0 people found this review to be helpful. 0 people found this review to not be helpful.
