This large ultra-modern 4 Bedroom 5 bathroom home positioned within the "world renowned" gated estate of Sanctuary Cove has all the ingredients for the perfect family holiday.
Located in a quiet street directly across from the park, waterways and only 200 metres from the boat ramp, The Parkway is stylish and spacious ideal for families, corporates or groups wanting to holiday together. Surround yourself with stylish furnishings, quality fittings, timber flooring, indoor glass balustrading and sky-high ceilings. The home also features an advanced CBus electrical system to control the homes lighting and Air Conditioning systems. The kids can be entertained with a Sony Playstation in the media room, the free WIFI or try their luck at fishing or play till their hearts content in either the fully fenced grassy backyard or large park meticulously manicured across the road.

LIVING AREAS:
The Parkway is a split level residence featuring a great open plan with fully ducted Air Conditioning.
As you walk from the front door you'll be lead up the timber staircase which wraps around into the main living room. The shear breadth of this room with extremely high ceilings makes for a light and airy place to entertain friends and family on the leather lounges which face the large flat screen TV with DVD player. The extremely private pool can be viewed through the huge plate glass windows surrounding the living and dining areas. Step through the glass doors to enjoy a glass of wine from high on the front balcony to see the days end or watch the kids fish from the open jetty only 50 metres from the home. The Parkway also features a separate media room complete with a Sony Playstation and games, perfect for occupying kids.

BEDROOMS:
Featuring 4 large bedrooms and 5 bathrooms everyone's comfortably catered for. All bedrooms are set towards the rear of the home away from the living area's.
The master suite features a huge walk through robe into the ensuite complete with Spa Bath.
All bathrooms have quality fittings with stone top benches, with the main bathroom complete with bath tub and separate toilet.

Enjoy the ambiance of alfresco outdoor dining on the large BBQ, with glass pool fencing enjoy views over the swimming pool and beyond.
With entertaining in mind the trendy pool hugs tightly to the home and can be clearly seen from both living and kitchen area's. The home is fully fenced with gardens and rear lawn for the kids to play in.
Directly across from The Parkway is a beautiful park that leads onto the jetty overlooking the waterway, Its the perfect place to relax on the park bench with drink in hand and watch the kids kick a ball or try their luck with the fishing rods on the Jetty. Rated 3 out of 5 by from Three days stay A modern and well furnished space, very suited for a classy getaway. Presence of security is welcome, but can be a hassle for some (entry and exit is controlled). Kitchen is not the best however, we did not manage to cook at all during our stay because the stove was not working. Excellent pool area overlooking the waterway, quiet and peaceful area.
