Our apartment boasts a spacious open plan 1 bed + study (sleeping 4 people comfortably) luxury living, including flat screen TVs, blueray DVD, speaker dock/clock radio for ipod and iphone, HD Multiroom cable TV, contemporary self contained kitchen, laundry, bathroom including deep spa bath and a spacious balcony with spectacular river/hinterland/city views.

Circle on Cavill resort offers fabulous on site facilities including two lagoon pools, 25 m covered heated lap pool, sauna and spa, fully equipped gymnasium, BBQ areas, in house cinema room.

KEY PICK-UP Meet & Greet & Policies

On arrival, we will personally meet and greet you at the resort. We will provide a brief orientation of the resort and facilities, assist you with the apartment operations and answer any questions you might have.
You will have a true sense of comfort and satisfaction with our service.

Coolangatta Airport - 30km south
Brisbane Airport- Follow Airport Drive and turn left onto the Gateway Motorway. Continue for 25km which leads onto the pacific highway. Follow the signs to the Gold Coast and the Southport/Surfers Paradise exit (Exit 66). Follow signs to Surfers Paradise and turn right off the Gold Coast Highway into Elkhorn Ave. Left into Ferny Ave and the car park entrance is on the left.
Coolangatta Airport - Turn left onto the Gold Coast Highway and follow the signs to Surfers Paradise. Turn right from Gold Coast Highway into Clifford Street, left into Surfers Paradise Boulevard, left in Elkhorn Ave, left into Ferny Ave and the car park entrance is on the left.
We live locally and privately manage our apartment, therefore we have no affiliation with on-site management.
The apartment is fully self-contained with kitchen, bathroom, laundry facilities and entertainment area for your leisure.
We do not have daily or weekly cleans built into the tariff, however, linen changes are weekly for stays longer than a week.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This Unit is fantastic, the facilities in the building are brilliant! The description on Stayz doesnt do this Unit justice. The views are lovely. The decor and furnishings are clean, comfortable and very swish! Its like staying in Luxury for half the price! :-) For thos with a concern over beds and poor hote mattresses - dont fret - this place has a beautiful mattress, the bed is super comfy.The Kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cooking items you will need for your stay, little/no perishibles tho - so plan ahead and bring yours if you plan to cook. We didnt bother tho as right downstairs on the ground level are great Restaurants, Woolworths, liquor stores, newsagents, cafe's - you name it, its there! Being right on the beginning of Cavill Ave everything is in walking distance, we parked the car and left it there. Only using it to go to the Theme Parks!The Resort has 3 Pools - so chose which you prefer - the hot one (not heated, its just in the sun all day), the indoor lap pool (heated), or the "cold" pool - not heated and in the shade of the building most of the day. BBQ failities are plentiful, the gym is small but has a great view. Lots of private areas to hang out. HUGE viewing screen overlooking the cold pool area and BBQs - as well as the shops below.All in all, a great stay - have already reccommended it to friends. We're considering making this Unit our "go to" place everytime we come to Gold Coast. Totally happy :-)
