The apartment features large lounge with LED flat screen television opening onto spacious balcony, separate dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms both opening onto balcony, 2 bathrooms, separate laundry and has reverse-cycle ducted air conditioning throughout. Hair dryer included.

Apartment comes fully equipped with all bedding and towels supplied.

Allunga has just undergone a major refurbishment of the entrance and lobby areas giving it an ultra modern look.


As these are not serviced apartments, we provide a starter pack for your initial convenience consisting of: tea/coffee/milk, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, sachet of washing and dish washing powder and soap. Guests are expected to purchase extra supplies as needed.

Please note: A security bond of $200 to $300 is required upon check-in by either a credit card pre-authorisation or cash. This is refundable/released after departure subject to the terms and conditions.

As we are the offsite managers, guests are required to collect the keys from our office at Raine and Horne, 3066 Surfers Paradise Boulevard and return them to our office on departure.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great property My partner and I stayed in Allunga 1402 for 4 nights. The apartment was a great size for 2 adults. Check in was a breeze and took 5 minutes. On arrival to the apartment we noticed that the room had not been cleaned since the previous guests, it took one phone call to Belinda and she had it organised. By the time we walked downstairs and ate, the cleaners were in there when we got back. Overall our stay was great, but the curtains need to be upgraded to blockouts as every morning we were woken at 4:30-5:00am when the sun and light would beam into the rooms. Position of the apartment is perfect, right on top of the paradise centre with direct access via the lift. We will be back.
