The apartment features large lounge with LED flat screen television opening onto spacious balcony, separate dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms both opening onto balcony, 2 bathrooms, separate laundry and has reverse-cycle ducted air conditioning throughout. Hair dryer included.

Apartment comes fully equipped with all bedding and towels supplied.

Allunga has just undergone a major refurbishment of the entrance and lobby areas giving it an ultra modern look.


As these are not serviced apartments, we provide a starter pack for your initial convenience consisting of: tea/coffee/milk, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, sachet of washing and dish washing powder and soap. Guests are expected to purchase extra supplies as needed.

Please note: A security bond of $200 to $300 is required upon check-in by either a credit card pre-authorisation or cash. This is refundable/released after departure subject to the terms and conditions.

As we are the offsite managers, guests are required to collect the keys from our office at Raine and Horne, 3066 Surfers Paradise Boulevard and return them to our office on departure.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost perfect but... Apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, in the heart of Surfers with a view to die for and the beach across the road. Impressive foyer, gym and pool area that has been recently renovated, a private and well secured parking spot should you wish to rent a vehicle and everything else you could ask for such as a supermarket, transport and Cavil Ave which are virtually located downstairs at ground level. However, the apartment had a number of issues which require attention - the dining area ceiling light was out of order which was quickly tended to by Belinda (within half an hour), the main bathroom door features a lock on the outside ??? the down light above the vanity which was inoperative, a hair dryer that was out of order, a broken towel rack and dirty ceiling air vents that would simply require a wipe. The en suite bathroom does not feature any lock whatsoever and a significant amount of mould on the ceiling beside the air con unit. Aside from the issues mentioned I would not hesitate in recommending this unit recommending this apartment, the location cannot be beaten and is value for money. Lastly, Belinda and the team from Raine & Horne were a delight to deal with and she ensured that our stay in Surfers was a memorable one.
