If you book 8 nights or more you will receive a mid-stay service and clean which includes fresh linen and towels.

Tariffs, Prices/ quotations are subject to change without notice and will not be guaranteed until deposit has been successfully processed by us and you have received formal confirmation of your booking from us via email and or SMS. A dynamic pricing structure is in operation, tariffs change regularly. If a lower tariff is listed for a comparable property than previously booked we unfortunately cannot amend the tariffs charged after a booking confirmation has been issued.

Our office in central Surfers Paradise is open 9.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Staff are on call between the hours of 5pm and 9pm Monday to Friday and 9am and 6pm on Public Holidays and weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

Pay 25% deposit (not the full amount upfront unless arriving within one month from booking date). Pay the balance one month before arriving.

Stress free holiday, with GCHR we do not interfere with your holiday. The keys are to be collected on arrival day and returned to our office on departure date. Once the keys have been collected from our office your holiday starts instantly.

COMPLIANCE: By making a booking and paying a deposit, you agree to abide by and comply with our Terms and Conditions as they stand now and as they may be changed from time to time. Details are available upon request and prior to making any booking. Pricing is only confirmed once a booking is made, deposit paid and confirmation received.

Unlike with some 'creative' angles used on some websites, it's a case of "what you see is what you get" with apartment 3505, and what you get are fantastic views and a very spacious, clean and comfortable unit. Making the booking was easy via the net and all the details of the booking were made clear and easy to understand and carried out in a efficient, timely and friendly manner. Thanks again Tony for meeting us at the airport and providing magnificent accommodation for our holiday
