Full size kitchen, new oven,cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, full fridge and dishwasher.
All utensils, cookware, crockery and cutlery included.
Two separate bathrooms, both with hairdryers.
Separate, internal laundry with washer and dryer.
Combined lounge and dining room, with air conditioning and full length 180 views.
New furniture and carpet
Two LCD TV's (one with FULL FOXTEL programs) and DVD players. Also I-Pod/I-Touch dock and player.
Ceiling fans in all rooms.
All linen and towels supplied (except beach towels).
Wrap around balcony.
One designated, secure parking spot underneath building.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Spacious, well equipped and 5 star location/views! The location is perfect as its walking distance to the centre of Surfers but away enough from the hustle and bustle. Right across the road is the beach. The view from unit is an amazing panorama from the beach all around to inner suburbia and the hinterland. Unit is clean, spacious and well equipped. Our manager was Cathy who was friendly and reliable. We will be back!

We had plenty of room, views were amazing, the unit itself was so well stocked with just about anything you'd need. We stayed for 5 nights & were very comfortable! Easy nice stroll to Cavil Mall & restaurants & night markets. Would stay there again in a heartbeat! Already looking forward to our next Gold Coast holiday! =)

The apartment complex was also clean and friendly with great pools & facilities. Would stay here again if on the Gold Coast.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This property is located directly across the road from the beach and you have a great view of the beach from the huge balcony (18th floor). You are a 3 block walk to Cavill avenue - so right in the thick of things, but the inside of the apartment is very quiet. The decor of the apartment is an older style, but the apartment itself is huge and extremely clean. All linens and cooking utensils are provided.I have nothing bad to say about the place, highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.
