There is scaffolding on the ground floor, to protect the public. There is normal access to the underground carpark and the entrance. The Tennis Court is closed from 20th April to early December. The outdoor pool will be closed Monday to Friday (9.00am until 4.00pm) from 1st August to 14th November. The indoor pool will still be open during this time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just excellent!!! We stayed at Ian's and Denise's apartment for about a week and it was just awesome. The unit is facing surfers paradise, close to everything! My kids had a beautiful time skateboarding day and night. The unit was high up so at night we slept with the windows open to feel the breeze! Everything was perfect! If ever we come by to GC again, this would be our first option! Thank you Ian and Denise for the perfect holiday stay!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing apartment This apartment was just amazing! The views were just incredible. We loved the fact it had an ensuite and a bathroom but with the 5 of us we had plenty of room. We found we didn't even turn the tv on for the 3 kids as the view was enough entertainment.

The unit is in a great location straight over the road from the beach and a 5 minute leisurely walk to cavill avenue .The unit itself is clean and well appointed and you will need only to bring yourself and enjoy the great facilities .Cathy the meet and greet lady went out of her way to make our stay very enjoyable Would stay again

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Top location Fantastic spot with a good set up but the air conditioner needs replacing. It didn't really make any change to the room temperature. Thank god for the sea breeze. Walking distance to everything important even for the kids. We loved it.
