My daughter her other half and my sister and niece love the place.
It had everything they need it was a pity that cyclone Dylan arrived because they would have been able to get there earlier the dates they booked to stay there

Lovely unit, quiet, loved it
We spent a week here over New Year and it was perfect. There is everything you need in the unit, plus some added extras to keep the kids in books and toys (and good books for adults too), DVD's and the kitchen is fully stocked, even with oven, cook tops and a full sized fridge.
It's a nice little townhouse with 2 large bedrooms (for the style of property) and one bathroom - perfect for a family, even up to 3 kids. Loved the outdoor courtyard with a great view, the BBQ and regular wildlife visitors. The buggy is so easy to get around in and just makes the holiday fun. This is not a 5 star unit, it's 3.5-4 star but with all the extras to make your holiday easy and relaxing. The local IGA will put your groceries (and even drinks from the bottle shop) on the ferry at at any time on any day (google IGA Airlie Beach) and we loved being able to cook and eat healthy and just have the odd meal out - a good money saver. So much to do on Hammo, including for kids and this is the ideal place to do it from. The lady who helps manage the property is just lovely too - friendly, happy to help and just wants to see you return. Plus, with the pick-up valet, you can be in your apartment in 15 minutes from the time you step off the ferry/plane - you won't get that in too many places! It's affordable and it exceeded our expectations - will aim to return!

Loved Every minute of it!
From being announced at the Hamilton Island airport to taking us to Unit 12 Sunset Waters, being shown how to drive the buggy and instructions on the unit we loved our stay here. The unit has everything except in our case, a blender because we love fresh fruit and milk smoothies. I read two of your books but I didn't like the insects trying to read with me, tiny things that make you itch but we slept soundly in great beds, it has the most wonderful view of Catseye Beach where we swam in the warm water. I even rearranged delivery of groceries from the General Store on Hamilton Island which were delivered to the unit. I found all the staff of Hamilton Island very friendly and helpful. I played golf at the driving range great fun as it looks out to the water and I got to 75 metres. Took a snorkelling ride on On The Edge Catamaran to Whitehaven beach great fun too morning and afternoon tea and lunch. Had dinner at the Pizza Restaurant, food excellent.
Much to my son's delight he was visited by skinks in the shower! He had his own huge bedroom which he loved.
I drove the buggy everywhere even to the millionaires homes beautiful lagoons and the marina has huge boats in it great to walk amongst them.
Two things I didn't like the kitchen light was broken and above the curtain rail in the main bedroom was quite a lot of dust because I could see it. Other than that we had a wonderful holiday and I know we will be coming back in the future. Thanks to Jude for being most helpful with ideas. I think this has been the best holiday in years!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. Lots of little inclusions already in the house, making it very homely and a perfect place for young children (ours are 6 & 4). If your expecting a 5* resort, this is not the place for you! Think of it as more like a home-away-from-home and a comfy place to recharge for the next day. TIP make sure you order Coles online, saves a fortune on eating out!

Everything was brilliant! We stayed as a family of 5 (Kids 8,5,3yrs) & we all loved it. The golf buggy was brilliant! the room was neat, tidy & very homely. Coles online delivered to our door & with the room having a full kitchen plus BBQ out the back, served our family well. Would definitely be back.
