    Old Woman Island

The Maroochy North Shore area of the Sunshine Coast is in the heart of the coastal region without all the hussle and bussle of the Maroochydore CBD. The duplication of the Sunshine Motorway Bridge under construction will make it a breeze to travel south to Caloundra or north to Noosa Heads. Surfing, swimming and fishing are the main attraction of the Mudjimba Beach area and the miles of dog friendly beach is a huge drawcard for dog lovers.

    Maroochydore

Once just a little fishing village, Maroochydore still retains that charm but with the growth of the Sunshine Coast it has become a water sport and shopping mecca. All ages are catered for from the littlies at the various amusement parks to the seniors at the RSL and bowls clubs. With the explosion of new multi story apartment blocks have come numerous new restaurants, cafes and bars. Not to be missed is the Japanese restaurant in Duporth Ave.
