Unit 1 is air-conditioned and on ground level with a large fenced back yard. This is the largest of the units and has a covered patio with barbeque out from the lounge and fully fenced backyard with grassed area where children can play.
Unit 2 is also air-conditioned and on the 1st level with a balcony out from the lounge which over looks the street on one and the balcony looking out over the backyard on the other.
All Units have 3 bedrooms - all large. The main bedroom and second bedroom have queen beds, and the third has two singles. The units are open planned with a family sized kitchen which contains a large fridge, a dishwasher, stove and microwave and lots of cupboards and benchtop area. The laundry is located downstairs with ample drying lines for all units and there is a garage
plus 1 car space for off street parking per unit.

Unit 3 is available for long term rental from 1st August '16 at a rate which would depend on the length of stay.

This property is a block of 3 Units only and is the perfect place to relax and unwind and enjoy your holiday. In one direction just a few minutes walk away, you have the beautiful Mooloolaba beach and the esplanade with great shopping for those that desire, plus great restaurants, coffee shops and surf club. Just a short stroll in another direction is the Coles shopping complex with chemist, bank, newsagent, bottle shop and hotel. Underwater World and the Wharf with its shops, cafe's and hotel is also a few minutes walk and there is a bus to Australia Zoo from River Esplanade each morning.
For those that wish to use the car it's only a 40min drive to Noosa and its busy shopping strip. A wonderful day could also be had in the mountains, visiting the fantastic shops of Montville and areas and enjoying the spectacular views to the coast.
