Noosabreeze Villa is private and pet-friendly. More like a house than a duplex, the Noosabreeze Villa is an end villa of only 4 in the complex and has private access and large outdoor spaces at the side and rear of the villa. The house is built on two levels with decks off both and overlooks the serenity of eucalypts and the hinterland.
Once you've arrived at the Noosabreeze Villa, you can truly put away your car keys as everything is within easy walking distance.

The Noosabreeze Villa is fully airconditioned upstairs and downstairs and is equipped with everything that you would expect to find for your convenience, including TV, DVD, Stereo, a fully equipped kitchen, espresso machine, BBQ facilities, a heated outdoor spa pool, decks off the bedrooms and living areas. Other facilities include a stroller and high chair for the younger guests. There is also an assortment of DVD's and games available.

Why leave your pets at home when you want to holiday in Noosa? Noosabreeze is a pet friendly property. It is fully fenced and there is ample outdoor space for your dog. There's even a separate fenced kennel enclosure and dog door so your pooch can come and go as he or she pleases. Small and medium dogs are catered for, larger dogs may be accepted by arrangement.
Noosabreeze Villa is minutes away from the off-leash beach at Sunshine Beach.
PLEASE CONSIDER THIS BEFORE BOOKING:
At Noosabreeze Villa, we are happy for you to share your holiday with your pet. However it is expected that pet owners will act in the best interests of their pets and not leave them unattended for other than very short periods. Dogs, in particular, can become easily distressed when left alone in unfamiliar surroundings and can become destructive and an annoyance to neighbours even if this behaviour is not normally demonstrated in the home environment. Owners are expected to take their pets with them whenever and wherever possible or to make use of local and inexpensive 'doggy day care' options (around $10 per day) that are available in the area.
Also please be aware that normal bond conditions apply to damage to gardens, lawns, screen doors, furniture and other property caused by pets.
Pet waste is to be picked up and properly disposed of by the owner before departing the property.
Dogs are permitted inside the house, however they must not be allowed on furniture or bedding.
A pet fee of $50 applies.
