Welcome to the Noosabreeze Villa on Noosa Hill. The Noosabreeze Villa is a comfortable, contemporary 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home that is positioned exactly where you want to be for your holiday at Noosa. Perfectly positioned on the hill between Hastings Street and Noosa Junction, you can walk to the Hastings Street boutiques, cafes and the Noosa Main Beach in 10 minutes or head the other way toward the Junction and be at the cinema, retail outlets, and supermarkets in just 2 minutes.


Noosabreeze Villa is private and pet-friendly. More like a house than a duplex, the Noosabreeze Villa is an end villa of only 4 in the complex and has private access and large outdoor spaces at the side and rear of the villa. The house is built on two levels with decks off both and overlooks the serenity of eucalypts and the hinterland.

Once you've arrived at the Noosabreeze Villa, you can truly put away your car keys as everything is within easy walking distance.


The Noosabreeze Villa is fully airconditioned upstairs and downstairs and is equipped with everything that you would expect to find for your convenience, including TV, DVD, Stereo, a fully equipped kitchen, espresso machine, BBQ facilities, a heated outdoor spa pool, decks off the bedrooms and living areas. Other facilities include a stroller and high chair for the younger guests. There is also an assortment of DVD's and games available.

Why leave your pets at home when you want to holiday in Noosa? Noosabreeze is a pet friendly property. It is fully fenced and there is ample outdoor space for your dog. There's even a separate fenced kennel enclosure and dog door so your pooch can come and go as he or she pleases. Small and medium dogs are catered for, larger dogs may be accepted by arrangement.

Noosabreeze Villa is minutes away from the off-leash beach at Sunshine Beach.

At Noosabreeze Villa, we are happy for you to share your holiday with your pet. However it is expected that pet owners will act in the best interests of their pets and not leave them unattended for other than very short periods. Dogs, in particular, can become easily distressed when left alone in unfamiliar surroundings and can become destructive and an annoyance to neighbours even if this behaviour is not normally demonstrated in the home environment. Owners are expected to take their pets with them whenever and wherever possible or to make use of local and inexpensive 'doggy day care' options (around $10 per day) that are available in the area.
Also please be aware that normal bond conditions apply to damage to gardens, lawns, screen doors, furniture and other property caused by pets.
Pet waste is to be picked up and properly disposed of by the owner before departing the property.
Dogs are permitted inside the house, however they must not be allowed on furniture or bedding.
A pet fee of $50 applies.

Away from the hustle and bustle of Hastings street. Walking distance to shops. The spa was a great treat at the end of the day. Will definately be back.

We were lucky enough to have brand new bathrooms and all living spaces were roomy and comfortable. The spa was a lovely way to end the day and the location was an easy leafy walk to Hastings Street and Noosa Junction. Our family of 6 had a lovely time and we would definitely stay there again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent for families The property is very homely and in a fantastic location, close to both Hastings street and Noosa junction. The kitchen is well equipped, as a result we cooked almost every night and were able to use the blender to prepare baby food for our daughter. Even though the property is pet friendly you cannot tell animals have been inside. Bathrooms are abit dated but this did not affect our stay. Owner was very prompt with answering any questions etc. Will definitely return :)

It is an older property in fairly poor state of maintenance with many items (shutters, furniture, crockery) either broken or damaged or soiled creating an image of some neglect. In the occasion of our stay the standard of housekeeping was also disappointing with frayed towels and cleaning below our expectation. We would not return and would not recommend.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great property, great location We loved our stay at Noosa Breeze. The location is really convenient..only a 10 min walk into Hastings St. The villa has 2 levels. The top level is modern, fresh, airy with a great balcony to sit and sip on some wine in the afternoons. The lower level is a bit out dated (in particular the bathrooms) but the bedrooms are a great size and very comfortable. The downstairs deck is great with an awesome spa bath, perfect to soothe muscles after walking through the Noosa National Park. We recommend staying here. Great value for money
