This beautiful 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom ground floor apartment is perfect for families, friends, or business travellers. Although compact it is a light airy apartment with private front and back courtyards and being towards the rear of the block it is a quiet spot. There are two allocated offstreet parking spots near the back gate of the home.

Being approximately a 5 minute drive or 10 minutes (Bus or Tram) to Adelaide city. The home has excellent public transport links, including the Adelaide to Glenelg Tram at Stop 2 Wayville (10 minute walk) or buses on King William Road or Goodwood Road (all 5 minutes? walk away). From this home you only have to walk 200 metres to access some fantastic restaurants, cafes, exclusive designer shopping precincts.

City attractions such as Adelaide Central Market, Adelaide Zoo (Pandas), Art Gallery, Botanic Gardens and museums. The home is on a direct bus/tram route to many major events and venues including the new Adelaide Oval, Morphettville Racecourse, Adelaide Showgrounds, Entertainment Centre and the Adelaide Festival and Fringe. It's located within a 15 minute drive to the Flinders Medical Centre or Royal Adelaide Hospital - both also accessible by the excellent public transport options nearby including bus or tram.

If you love the beach then the home is only a short 10 minute drive to the lovely shores of Glenelg Beach, Glenelg Shopping strip and restaurants and cafes. Alternatively if you don't have a car then the Tram will also take you straight to Jetty Road, Glenelg Beach in 20 minutes.

What you get

Bedding, bath towels and basic supplies are provided. We usually sneak in a few luxuries like a pack of Nespresso Pods, milk, raisin bread and Tim Tams.

The property is not serviced daily, however there are laundry facilities (front loader washer) in the apartment. Bookings of 14-nights or longer are offered a free weekly mid-stay apartment clean, which includes fresh bed linen and towels.

Bedroom Two - 2 x single beds
Porta-cots and high chairs are available upon request (at no charge) - cot linen is not supplied.

There is off street parking for two cars right next to the garden gate.

WiFi Internet is provided at no charge.

The apartment itself is stylishly furnished with laminate floors throughout and is serviced by a reverse cycle air conditioner in the lounge area and fans in each of the bedrooms. In the colder weather all the beds have electric blankets to keep you warm at night. Appliances are all new including a 32 inch LCD TV. The kitchen is well-equipped with most of your general cooking needs, Nespresso Coffee machine, toaster, kettle, stove/oven and a microwave oven. The new bathroom with shower & toilet has a large 7.5kg front loader washing machine, an iron and ironing board are also available.

The home has two small private courtyard areas for your personal use and a small garden which is green and two outdoor settings. This ground floor apartment is situated at the rear of a small group of 6 and other guests have commented that it is a very quiet area. The area itself is an exclusive suburb of Hyde Park with some lovely old homes, wide streets with Jacarandas and just delightful to have a walk in the neighbourhood with the locals.

Check in: around 4.00pm but can be earlier if the home is ready earlier (luggage drop and key collection can be from 11.00 by prior arrangement) - Late night arrivals can also be accommodated.
Check out: before 10am (luggage can be stored until 1pm by arrangement)

Easily accommodating our family of 4 with everything we needed for an extended weekend stay in Adelaide. The location is perfect: just a short stroll to King Williams street which offers a variety of restaurants, caf├ęs and shops. Kris was very helpful all the way through booking process and during our stay.
