Upstairs you will find 3 spacious bedrooms.The master has a king size bed with modern en-suite, built in robes and a balcony with fantastic views. A great place to unwind and enjoy the sunset .
The 2nd bedroom is spacious with a queen size bed . Bedroom 3 is also spacious with a 2 single beds plus trundle. All bedding is of the highest quality to ensure a restful nights sleep.
The main bathroom is modern and spacious with roomy shower and a decent size bath. Also a separate toilet
There are automatic gates at the front of the property allowing for secure off street parking for 2 vehicles or a vehicle and boat.Also an enclosed garage for 1 vehicle with roller door. An intercom system that allows communication from the inside entrance to the front gates has been fitted. This allows guest to view any visitors arriving at the gates and allow access to the front yard.
Unwind at Adelphi is situated an easy walk to the beach as well as Colley Reserve alongside the beautiful Holdfast Shores Marina leading into the busy Jetty Road famous for its unique shopping and array of cosmopolitan cafes and restaurants.
The Glenelg Beach is Adelaide's premier beach situated at the end of Jetty Road or just a short distance from the apartment, this calm popular beach also has a jetty for those who like to throw a line in.
A visit to the Beach-house water theme park is a must especially for the young family. Many boating and water sport activities are also available in and around Glenelg
Access to the city is easy, just jump on a Tram in Jetty Road which takes you directly into Adelaide city to visit the many city attractions or attend events. The tram line now runs through the city and also to the Adelaide Entertainment Centre. The city bus service is also very efficient in and around Glenelg making it easy to get around without having a vehicle.
