Take a casual walk around the lake and you'll discover nearby Westfield shopping centre. This huge complex caters for just about your every need. Along the way you'll pass several lakefront parks, some offering free use BBQs. At the southern tip of the lake (5 minute walk) you'll find a 'super' playground for the kids and a popular fishing spot. Numerous bars, restaurants, theatres, and even a library are an enjoyable walk away. Not much into walking and don't have a car? Public transport is available right out front.

How about a quiet day on the beach and watching the sun set over the ocean. It's only a short stroll across the road to magnificent Tennyson Beach, one of Adelaide's best kept secrets.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from excellent owners were friendly and supplied everything (you must bring your own beach towels though which is understandable).the 2 bedroom apartment was well located with excellent views. Modern kitchen and bathroom. airconditioning was terrific. the view was spectacular and it was a quiet and tranquil place to stay. westfield shopping centre was a 5-10 min drive and the beach was a 10 min walk away. we have and will continue to recommend this property to friends. thank you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Tennyson Lakehouse was a lovely home away from home. We had everything we needed and the view was spectacular. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The location was convenient and the children enjoyed the easy access to the lovely Tennyson beach. Great job Bruno and Lisa.

Stunning views of West lakes and beautiful properties.Did some fishing and bagged a few.This is the best I have had in Adelaide for a great price!I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get value for your money.Pure class.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My husband and I stayed at Tennyson Lake House for 2 weeks and found it to be excellent accommodation in a lovely location. Loved watching the sun rise over the water and going for walks along the lake or the beach.We found it easy to find our way in any direction for sight seeing and there were lots of things to do very close. My favourite was the adventure kayaking tour. For Tim it was the Barossa Valley. We made good use of the modern kitchen facilities at the house for cost effective nutritious meals and it was great to not have to find a laundromat on holidays. A big thanks to Bruno and Lisa for helping make our holiday so enjoyable. See you next time.

Just like last time, my enquiry was dealt with promptly and politely, the property was clean, comfortable, of good quality and everything worked well. We will certainly come back to this apartment when we next come to this region and we thoroughly recommend it.
