Esplanade property is a fully functional home away from home that sleeps 6 people. You will love the location and features of the property.
It offers 3 bedrooms, 2 rooms have very comfortable Queen Beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. (sleeps 6).
It has a fenced front yard with onsite parking which is ideal for extra guests or of course families with children. (SORRY NO PETS).
Most Rooms throughout the house offer views of the ocean.
Linen can be provided for $10.00 per person. The beds will be made up awaiting your arrival so you can enjoy your stay as soon as you arrive.

Plasma TV in lounge (along with PS2 and games) and TV in main bedroom.
Split system heating & cooling with fans in bedrooms. (Note on the hottest of days the air conditioning is very effective to cool down throughout the house, there is the added coastal benefit of beautiful sea breezes to cool the house down also).
Toy box in kids room and board games located in lounge room cupboard to keep everyone occupied. A selection of board games, DVD's, books, PS2 and magazines are also available, should you wish to cosy up on cooler days or just unwind.
The boat ramp is located directly across from the property. You can swim or fish on the Drive-on beach. You are in the heart of the McLaren Vale wine producing area with a variety of wineries and restaurants to choose from. Perhaps you may like to just pop over to the Willunga Organic Market on a Saturday morning, or maybe just relax up at the Historic Victory Hotel and enjoy their wonderful fare and panoramic views.

The wife and I just spent an absolutely amazing one month at S@S (Sep 2014). The house was ideal for up to six people. The open plan layout provided free movement between the well equipped kitchen, dining and lounge areas. Throughout our stay we entertained our extended family of four as well as a couple - albeit on separate occasions. There was plenty of room for jovial entertainment yet quiet time was had for the little 'uns by closing the hallway door leading to their bedroom. The one bathroom and one toilet presented no problems throughout our stay. Plenty (and I mean plenty) of available car parking spaces on the property. R/C air conditioning was welcomed when the thermometer hit 32 deg. Access to the beautiful Sellicks Beach was a leisurely two minute walk straight across the road. Very convenient having the General Store next door. The major shopping centre @ Aldinga Beach was great for stocking the larder. This property (and location) is one of the best kept holiday secrets of South Australia - until now. We loved the place (and location) so much we've already booked another stay for next year. We had a fantastic weekend away at Sellicks Beach!
The house was beautiful and very comfortable. It had all the facilities we required, and it was extremely neat and clean. It exceeded our expectations! The weather was perfect, and we also enjoyed the hamburgers & steak sandwiches from the Kiosk next door!
We did our best to leave the house clean and tidy. We also left out the bins for collection on Monday morning as requested.
We are looking forward to returning, and again staying at Sunsets at Sellicks.
