Anndarra Waterfront is a wonderful holiday house where you can bring the whole family and just relax, whilst taking in the scenic views of Maria Island and the whole of Spring Beach.
Anndarra Waterfront is located in a lovely quiet part of Spring Beach, the property is perched on the bluff overlooking Spring Beach, Maria Island and the wide open expanses of the Mercury Passage.
We have lovely gardens which are child safe and secure, with dog proof and child proof fences which will give you peace of mind knowing that they can not leave the property unattended.
Anndarra Waterfront is set on 2 levels the upper area is the main living area with 2 dinning areas, kitchen, 2 Queen Bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms with a bathroom and separate toilet.
Downstairs you will find the Adults retreat or 3rd queen bedroom with a single bed, the laundry and another bathroom.
You can access the BBQ area and secluded back yard from either downstairs or around the side of the house.
We have both electric and wood heating but we do ask that guests have prior permission to use the wood heater and you will need to buy in your own fire wood or if you ask Sherry can organise wood for you at an added cost.
Please note that Anndarra Waterfront is fully registered and we are not permitted to cater for more than 9 staying guests.
We do not permit camping or caravans on the property so please make other arrangements for friends or family who may wish to do so.
What to do whilst you are are staying
Spring beach is well known amongst the local residents for its scenic walking and cycling tracks, so come along and take in the views of Spring Beach whilst taking your morning walk, run or cycle.
We have spectacular untouched native forests which are just a short dive up the road where you can take a picnic and just sit and listen to the birds and the breeze in the trees.
Or of the more adventurous how about a boat trip up the coast , with East Coast Cruises you can have a wonderful day out exploring Ile Des Phoques and Wine Glass Bay and if you are lucky you may even see the Dolphins, Whales and Seals.
For those who enjoy wine tasting there are a number of excellent vineyards in the area where you can sample the wines and buy a selection to take home with you.
The world renown Maria Island which you can see from Anndarra Waterfront is but a short ferry ride away .

*A charge of $500 will be debited from your account to cover cleaning costs if guests smoke in the house.
*Smoking is permitted outside the house.
*Pets permitted but we do charge a Dog bond of $100.00.
*Unfortunately there is no special provision for disabled access, this house does have stairs inside between the sleeping and living areas.
*Anndarra Waterfront is double story with split level living areas.
*Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings. A 50% cancellation fee applies to all confirmed bookings.
*All rates are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST.
*Guests are responsible for looking after the property, leaving it in good order and in a clean condition.
*Guests also undertake to pay for damages, breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of their stay.
*Anndarra Waterfront reserves the right to reclaim the hired property if the hirer, members of the guest party or guest visitors cause excessive damage, mess or noise.
Please make note that your payment is per person staying if your enquiry is for 2 Adults and 2 Children you are not permitted to have more people at the property unless agreed to with the owner and writen permission is obtained.
And although the house sleep 6 your payment is for the registered number of guests - not for the number of beds.
