THE AREA

Located in Southern Tasmania's top-rated suburb, beautiful West Hobart, filled with character homes, lovely cafes and Tasmania's top rated gourmet grocer, Hill St (with fresh local produce, a fabulous deli, cheese room and local wines) and the award winning West Hobart Meats.

Peaceful, secure and centrally located to all that Hobart has to offer.

Just a few minutes' stroll to cosmopolitan Elizabeth St, North Hobart, filled with cafes, boutiques, restaurants, book shop, art gallery, green grocer and the famous art house State Cinema and café (where you can enjoy a glass of wine as you watch the movie, and experience the roof top cinema in Summer).

Less than a five minute drive to the heart of Hobart CBD and Salamanca or an easy 20 minute stroll, with public transport also very close and easily accessible. A taxi will cost around $10.00.

Right next door is a large park with children's play ground, BBQ facilities and plenty of space for the children to play!

Less than 15 minute drive to MONA - or you can catch the MONA ferry from the docks to arrive in style!

There is ample on street parking right outside in a quiet street used mainly by residents.

As this is a peaceful residential area, there is strict no party policy; thank you for your cooperation.
