Excellent location, privacy, quiet and close to all amenities. North east aspect, good floor plan and great outlook. If you appreciate home style meals and expedite service the Shamrock Hotel is just around the corner but you need to make a reservation. There is so much to see and do in Hobart, so we utilised our rental car hire (secure car parking at no extra cost), planning excellent day trips and the other days enjoying or unit excellence. Yes, we will return to Hobart and will definitely stay here again. Ruth the owner is prompt and efficient is very easy to deal with.

We had a wonderful stay here, the location was very convenient to major attractions - the shops and waterfront were a five to ten minute walk away. The apartment was spotless and well appointed, in fact our only tiny hassle was we couldn't find a chopping board! We'd recommend this for singles or couples looking for a comfortable self-contained place to stay in Hobart.

A great unit in a great location. The unit has everyone thing you need to be self sufficient and live comfortably. The unit is two blocks from the CBD and and a easly walk to Salamanca and the dock area. Highly recommended.
