Perfect for 3 families or 3-4 couples, it's equipped for relaxing low maintenance comfort.
The main living area upstairs is bright, open and spacious. The state of the art kitchen overlooks the open plan dining area and living room and you can take your pick from entertaining on either the huge front deck or equally spacious back deck area.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and ensuite, the second bedroom a double bed and a set of bunk beds, bedroom 3 has a double bed and the fourth bedroom is a twin with 2 singles.
If you need extra space the large downstairs rumpus room has it's own TV with Foxtel and also a couch that converts to a small double bed.
Location and a luxury getaway
Watch the kids play, enjoy a game of table tennis or ride bikes on the paved drive from one of the balconies or cook up a storm on the BBQ and entertain on the expansive rear deck....it's all about enjoying this beachside location.
It's a short stroll to the walking tracks and rock pools of Bridgewater Bay and Pirates Cove on the back beach of the Peninsula and 1.5km (25 min walk) to the gentle sands and lapping waters of the Blairgowrie bay beach.
Of course, the Peninsula boasts other fantastic features: Day Spa's, Golf Courses, Wineries and amazing restaurants... Your vacation awaits at Blairgowrie Bliss. Kick back , relax and most of all enjoy - it's not hard!

Perfect House, Great location!
We (11 Adults) had a great stay over 2 nights in March - fantastic, clean, modern house with plenty of space - we will definitely be staying there again!

Great house, major drawbacks
Well, it didn't get off to a good start when the provided instructions for entry didn't work as expected. We'd arrived rather late after work on a Friday and it was already dark by the time we tried to get in. It took hours for the property manager to get back to us, as we gradually became more frantic as time rolled by. We eventually got in, but it took the shine off our first night away.
We then headed outside to the deck to have a drink and unwind, only to find that none of the outside lights seemed to work out the back, and only a few worked elsewhere. A major selling point of this property for us were the beautiful pictures of the house lit up at night, which we unfortunately couldn't enjoy.
On Saturday we went down to the excellent butcher in Blairgowrie and purchased a leg of lamb to roast in celebration of a friend's birthday - the reason for our trip away, only to discover the oven did not seem to work. The information email we received said that there would be instruction manuals left out for the appliances, but we found none.
The final insult just arrived in the form of an extra $40 charge I received for not taking the recycling out.
In conclusion, it's a fantastic property with loads of potential that is being poorly maintained and managed.
Oh and the bottom shower head was broken and sprayed water in all directions.

Stayed here with 5 others over the NYE break. Beautiful place, the deck is a lot of fun to spend long warm nights on, 5 minute drive to shops and Rye beach.Had an excellent time.
