We stayed in Suite One of the three suites on this property. It was not like what is depicted in the photos. Extremely dated decor and three star at best. If you are going to book at Seppelt House I would suggest you specify one of the two back suites

A great place to stay while you're exploring Mornington. The location is good, hospitality even better! Will definitely stay here again.

Just what we wanted!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seppelt House. Arnold and Gail our hosts could not have been more welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. we stayed for 15 nts to get a good idea of where we might like to live on the Mornington Peninsular.
Beds very comfortable and lots of lovely welcoming touches. we will be back!

You could not ask for a better welcome that the one provided by Gail and Arnold. As a couple Seppelt House was ideal for us but it also lends itself to large groups as the accommodation can be opened up or closed off for more privacy as and when needed. Also suitable for either elderly or disabled guests the on site care shown by our hosts was second to none.Seppelt House is close to the boardwalk for leisurely walks to Mount Martha with its buzzing cafe vibe or take a short car ride to the numerous beaches on the Mornington Peninsula.Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable.
