We have very dynamic rates which vary considerably depending on length of stay and time of year. For example, a 3 night stay over Xmas will have a higher nightly rate than a 2 week stay over winter. Unfortunately there is no facility on this website to show this in full and it's our 28 night rate which is displayed here. We sometimes have specials as well so to get an accurate quote for your specific dates, please submit an enquiry and we'll get back to you really quickly as we are here 7 days a week. We'd love to hear from you.
ABOUT HART OF ELWOOD:
This sensational 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, fully furnished, pet friendly home with high ceilings, has an alluring mix of character and modern features ensuring an enjoyable stay for the most discerning guest. It is ideally located within short distance to Elwood Village shops & cafes, St Kilda's Botanic Gardens and the beach, the famous Acland Street and has trams for CBD access at your doorstep.
All the bedrooms are well proportioned with luxurious carpets, built in robes, ceiling fans and plantation shutters with the master bedroom having the added bonus of a sparkling ensuite. You will find comfortable king sized beds in all the rooms, with 2 of the bedrooms offering a flexible bedding option as the beds can be split into singles. The central modern bathroom can be accessed easily from hall way, and has a bath, shower and toilet.
At the end of the character hallway you will find a bright open plan living and dining area with wooden floors, complimented by an entertainer's kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances including Miele dishwasher, 900cm gas cook top and oven. The living room is North facing, has air conditioning (Dec 15) and features comfortable seating and french doors opening out onto a fully decked terrace.
