Atelier BV is a contemporary, quality furnished accommodation located in a new master-planned residential estate for minimum 3 months' stay. Situated in a charming inner city suburb less than 10 minutes to the city, it offers greater value for money than city hotels or serviced apartments. It is 150m away from the train station. Less than 5 mins' drive to Victoria University, Western Hospital, Footscray market, lots of eateries and Highpoint Shopping Centre. Perfect for corporate guests and families who are tired of small hotel rooms and feel like living in a home away from home. Short Term Stay available from $850 per week for minimum 3 months. Available for holiday rental from Nov 13 to Jan 14. Minimum 4 nights' stay.

This is a superbly designed two-storey townhouse with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a third toilet with vanity, spacious living area opening to a courtyard, separate dining and study area. Cleverly planned with abundant space, it can accommodate a family of 6 comfortably.
The spacious lounge offers LCD HDTV, DVD/CD player, iphone/ipod dock stereo speaker.
Three large bedrooms are well-fitted out with 1 Queen size bed each. Master room downstairs comes with ensuite bathroom and His and Hers walk in robes, alarm clock with ipod dock. Two Bedrooms upstairs comes with large built in robes and share a luxurious big bathroom with bath and shower.

The galley-style kitchen is well appointed with stone bench top, gas cook top, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave oven and a full size family refrigerator. Quality utensils, cutlery and glasses are supplied for your cooking and dining pleasure.
The dining room seats six comfortably for a time of wining, dining and catching up, just like being at home.
Study area with wifi, to catch up on emails and connect with friends while being away. Extra TV and DVD player in this area helpful for keeping up with news or watching a favourite show.

Holiday Rental - rate starts from $240 per night for the whole house. Minimum 4 nights' stay.
Short Term Lease - Minimum 3 months - $850 per week including utilities and wifi (10 GB per month). Rent is for the fully furnished house, to be paid monthly in advance. Bond of one month's rent is required. For longer term lease, a rent exclusive of utilities will be negotiated.
We recently stayed at Atelier BV for 1 week as it is close to the city and train station. There were 5 of us staying very comfortably in this modern new town house which is well equipped with everything you would need. It is also walking distance to a local supermarket, take away shops & train station. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to others. My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at Atelier BV. We spent Christmas here to be closer to our family in Melbourne. It has everything we need that it feels like home. Which important when you have kids. The house is brand new, very clean, modern and stylish. My 15-month-old walks around the house safely. Its conveniently close to everything. The owner is very friendly, flexible and a pleasure to deal with. My 4-year-old son said: "Mummy, I love this house. I want to stay here for a long time. This is our Melbourne holiday house". And he's quite right, this is it. Whenever we visit Melbourne we would definitely come back here.
