Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great CBD Location The apartment is in a great location, out side front door great coffee shops,and to all the ally ways B'fast,lunch,dinner,very central to everything in the CBD,one street away from all the trams! Easy to get to ,Docklands,South-bank. The apartment has everything, full kitchen,dish washer,etc,just the same as  home,high ceiling,double glazing so noise was no issue at all. It's a perfect location. We had a late flight in 9:30pm,to which we were met to give us the keys. (very obliging Thank you)  The only neg remark- could have been left a little bit cleaner than it was when we first arrived. Would we stay there again------?100% yes ? Would we recommend -----Yes, and we all - Ready have

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Wonderfully convenient location - close to the trams, buses,train station and shopping! Clean and tidy with great kitchen, shower and towels. Very easy to deal with property owners. The rooms had everything we needed except airconditioning - Melbourne at its hottest is not pleasant without A/C. Unfortunately fans are just not enough!!

Owners were taking very good care of us, very happy to meet us up with keys and showed us the apartment. Across the road from Tourist Visiting center - was easy to find out where to go and what to do.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The apartment is in a great location, very central to everything in the CBD.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Melbourne.Could have been left a little bit cleaner than it was when we first arrived, but other than that, the owner was very obliging and we were able to do an early check-in which we appreciated.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic location, the apartment was comfortable and in great order- but what was really impressive was how helpful the property manager and the owner were in ensuring our needs were met (with 3 small kids- we had a few)- they were very accommadating- excuse the pun!! Recommend this property highly.
