Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms and a large bathroom with laundry. The laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, ironing board. Here also there is a full bathroom with large shower room, toilet and vanity.

The master bedroom, with built in robes, also offers stunning views from the floor to ceiling windows, whilst the second bedroom has its own private balcony also capturing amazing city views.

Features reverse cycle air conditioning, marble bench tops, security entrance, 50 inch TV. The indoor swimming pool and gymnasium is located on the 25th floor and the views from the pool have to be seen to be believed! Amazing.......

BED ARRANGEMENT:
The two bedrooms upstairs each has king sized beds (each can be split into two king-single beds on request), the smaller 3rd bedroom downstairs has a bunk-bed with double bed at the base and a single bed on the top (to sleep three) and the lounge room has two double sized pull-out sofabed (to sleep four). The apartment is listed for 6 people stay, but it can easily accommodate up to 9 people. Extra cost applies for additional guests over 6.

We are a group of 8-oldies from Sydney, its a sort of 25th year of college reunion. If nothing else we have surely rekindled our friendship by spending some quality time at Anchors. Thanks Kris

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great apartment in a great location. Fresh new floor boards wall to wall, installed just prior to our arrival added beauty to this wall laid out apartment. Eight of us lads landed from Perth for a footy match that didn't go well! But at least we enjoyed our stay at Anchor! Highly recommended.

In my families opinion, not mine alone, Melbourne is the best city in Australia and Anchor on Spencer is the best location in Melbourne to stay. So close to everything and the unit had everything a family needs for a comfortable stay. Wish to come back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We celebrated my elderly parents 65th wedding anniversary with 3 other family members and luckily for us we chose to stay at Anchor on Spencer. First of all, the location is just fantastic. Opposite Coles and very close to Southern Cross, Ethiad Stadium and Spencer St (the old DFO) shopping centre. Also a short walk to the casino and Southbank. The apartment is really well equipped with comfy beds and a great kitchen.The pool on the 25th floor is amazing and there is a small gym as well.It was easy to deal with Kris who answered all my questions promptly. He was away during our visit, but Carlos looked after us well.Our family had a wonderful few days.
