This is a private apartment in a residential building.

This fantastic 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom 18th floor apartment has stunning city views from the living areas and both bedrooms and it's perfectly located just 5 minutes walk to the corner of Flinders and Spencer Streets in the Melbourne City Centre (CBD). It's 100 metres to the World Trade Centre and just across the river from the South Wharf DFO's (direct factory outlet shopping), the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centres, Crown Casino and the Southbank restaurant and entertainment precinct. City tram number 70 and the free city circle tram run right by the building. It's also just a very short walk to Southern Cross Station, Etihad Stadium and the Docklands precinct. Tram 70 gets you to the MCG in around 10 minutes.

The apartment itself has 2 large-bedrooms +plus single bedroom and 2-bathrooms. Both large bedrooms have the option of either king beds or 2 long-single (twin beds) and there's a single bed in the private single bedroom for a fifth person. There's laundry facilities in the apartment, including washing machine and clothes dryer. The kitchen overlooks the living/dining area and it's well-equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove/oven, kettle, toaster and a microwave oven. The living area has a large LCD tv, Blu-Ray player, very comfortable lounge suite and a 6-seater dining setting. There's an indoor balcony (with glass louvres) off the living room and both bedrooms.

Special features include; outdoor pool, reverse cycle heating/air-conditioning, intercom, electronic door entry system, lift access to the apartment, and remote control and lift access to under-building car parking space. (maximum height clearance 2.05m).

We charge per apartment, not per person.
The maximum number of people is 5.

Discounts apply to bookings of 7-nights or more.

Bedding, bath towels and basic supplies are provided.

The apartment is not serviced daily, however, we do provide plenty of towels and there are laundry facilities in the apartment. Bookings of 14-nights or longer are offered a free weekly mid-stay apartment clean, which includes changing bed linen and refreshing bath towels.

Private study room - 1 x single bed
(Yes, you can have all single beds)

Porta-cots and high chairs are available upon request (at no charge) - cot linen is not supplied.

Check in: anytime after 2pm (luggage drop and key collection can be from 10:30am by prior arrangement)
Check out: before 10am (luggage can be stored until 1pm)

Walk straight onto city circle tram. we will stay at this complex again as we found it very handy to so many places the owner was great he gave us a very detailed explanation of how to get to places.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The apartment was in an excellent location the free tram stopped right outside and was within walking distance to Etihad Stadium, Spencer Street Station, DFO shops, Southbank and Harbour Town. The apartment was very clean and well looked after. There were great views from the balcony and I would definately stay here again. It be useful to provide a map or directions to get to the Apartment - our cab driver had to use his GPS and it was so close to Spencer Street we could probably have walked (which we did when we left). The Sky bus was not able to tell us which the closest dropp off and pick up point was - this information would have been useful and then a walking route from the drop off point. Had a lovely stay in a great, well set up apartment. It was also nice to be met at the apartment and the lifts etc explained - thanks
