The building is located on the corner of Swanston St, 2min walk from Melbourne Central and the QV. Many cafes, shops and resaraunts on the door step. Unlike many apartments in Melbourne, there are windows in all rooms including the second bedroom and the bathroom.


- There is parking available in multi storey car park two doors down Franklin Street which offers daily parking for $20. The car park is open from 6:30am till midnight mon-fri and until 10:00pm sat-sun.
- There is some meter parking on the street in front of the building

Rated 5 out of 5 by from perfect location, had the best weekend very clean and well kept. amazing location with incredible views, the beds were great to sleep on as well, definitely not cheap linen that's for sure! the owner fully accommodated the place for three people, heaps of towels and pillows. couldn't recommend enough!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good location We stayed six nights but the towels were only one bath towels each. It would be nicer if there were at least two each per person and two hand towels as well. It might be better not to have an ottoman. Just take so much space in the small dinning and living area. Very noisy in the main bed room. The blind couldn't open or shut properly and wasn't good enough to block the hot sun in the afternoon. Also soooo dirty. No wifi. Otherwise great location, ALDI was at downstairs. The free tram zone is from the second stop which 3 mins walk from the aptmnt. The building manager was helpful when we needed a help.

Around the corner from the the trams, 2 blocks from Victoria Markets, a short walk from Federation Square and Flinders STation. Supermarket next door. Clean, comfortable and all the home comforts. Would stay again and recommend.

Wonderful location, so close to all facilities and a quick jump on and off Swanston St trams etc. Vic Market behind, spectacular view and beautifully appointed/tastefully furnished. 35th floor was like being on top of the world and the Apartment itself was compact and chic. We feel that we have found the perfect place for a quick luxury stay in our beautiful Melbourne City. Thank you!
