This very quiet, comfortable, air-conditioned, 2 bedroom, 34th floor apartment has stunning city and harbour views and is very well located in the Melbourne City Centre (CBD). It's on the corner of Spencer Street and Little Bourke Street, directly opposite Etihad Stadium, Southern Cross Station and the fabulous shopping at the Spencer Street shopping plaza (formerly DFO). There is a 7-eleven convenience store straight across the road, and a large Coles supermarket and liquor store just 200 metres from the building.

The living room also contains a widescreen/flatscreen LCD television and surround sound lifestyle system. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. Whilst relaxing at the outdoor setting on the living room balcony, you'll also enjoy magnificent views of Victoria Harbour and Etihad Stadium.
