It's 100 metres to the World Trade Centre and just across the river from the South Wharf DFO (direct factory outlet shopping), the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre, Crown Casino and the South bank restaurant and entertainment precinct. City tram number 70 and the free city circle tram run right by the building. It's also just a very short walk to Southern Cross Station, Etihad Stadium and the Docklands precinct. Tram 70 gets you to the MCG in around 10 minutes.

The apartment itself has 2 large-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms. There's laundry facilities in the apartment, including washing machine and clothes dryer. The kitchen overlooks the living/dining area and it's well-equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove/oven, kettle, toaster and a microwave oven. Jason was fantastic and when we couldn't get the vacuum to work, he was over promptly to fix it for us! We will definitely be coming back to stay here the next time we're in Melbourne. Thanks Jason!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from We stayed in this apartment for New Year's Eve and day, it was a great location we had the best view of the fireworks very central to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely recommended to other people. Only thing is that I'd take my own pillow cause i like very soft pillows. The manager Jason that we dealt with was very nice and a pleasure to deal with.. Thanks again
