This very quiet, comfortable, air-conditioned, 2 bedroom, 33rd floor corner apartment has stunning city and harbour views and is very well located in the Melbourne City Centre (CBD). It's on the corner of Spencer Street and Little Bourke Street, directly opposite Etihad Stadium, Southern Cross Station and the fabulous shopping at the Spencer Street shopping plaza (formerly DFO). There is a 7-eleven convenience store straight across the road, and a large Coles supermarket and liquor store just 200 metres from the building.
Lock your car away in the under-building car park for the entire time your here, because the trains, trams, and free city circle transport are right on your doorstep. From this very exciting and convenient location you can easily access all Melbourne's attractions and popular tourist spots.
The apartment itself has 2 bedrooms and one central bathroom with shower (no bath) and laundry facilities, including washing machine and clothes dryer. The kitchen overlooks the open-plan living/dining area and is fully-equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove/oven and a microwave oven. The living/dining area is stylishly furnished and includes a sofa lounge, which converts to a comfortable queen-size sofa bed for a fifth and/or 6th person. The living room also contains an 81cm widescreen/flatscreen LCD television and surround sound lifestyle system. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and both open up to windows and large balconies, offering amazing city views, fresh air and natural light. Whilst relaxing at the 4-seater outdoor setting on the living room balcony, you'll also enjoy magnificent views of Victoria Harbour and Etihad Stadium.
Other features include; reverse cycle heating/air-conditioning, intercom, electronic door entry system, lift access, and remote control access to one free under-building car parking space.

The apartment was modern and clean. Location was great and close to all modes of transport. Jason was fantastic and when we couldn't get the vacuum to work, he was over promptly to fix it for us! We stayed in this apartment for New Year's Eve and day, it was a great location we had the best view of the fireworks very central to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely recommended to other people. Only thing is that I'd take my own pillow cause i like very soft pillows. This is our second stay at in this apartment. Great location, close to everything. Great views, comfortable accomodation, everything you needed for an enjoyable stay. Jason was friendly and courteous and very accomodating with our arrangements. Just park the car, with all the public transport required at doorstep. Will stay here again next time in Melbourne. The apartment was great! Very convenient as everything was nearby, the apartment was clean, and the essentials were provided. The view from the apartment was spectacular especially at night!
