Collins Street is serviced by Melbourne's famous tram network and has easy access from three nearby train stations.

If you want chic & central then look no further!
Firstly thank you to Rebecca she was very patient and accommodating to my ever changing days and dates and times. Always quick to respond to any questions I had and clear instructions on how to get our key. We stayed 8 nights and a party of 3. Rebecca has a very nice chic apartment with its own unique style, there is a double bed in one room which looks out onto Elizabeth st and the single room looks onto Colins St, the lounge area faces both streets. The apartment is fully self contained which is fab if you want to eat in, dishwasher, combined washer/dryer and air con (which heated very quickly) for comfort. The only small thing is that we would have liked more towels, and perhaps a separate dryer as it became a challenge with drying time in a combined washer/dryer but not a biggy.
You can see Flinders station, and Eureka Tower, Tiffany & Co the apartment is in great location trams/taxis are on your doorstep, there is a Coles and liquor outlet a block away and food places on our doorstep. Some people have said noise was an issue, we didn't think so at all compared to some places we have stayed at in central cities, heard Trams that ding ding as they pull in, the odd horse hoof trotting along. Location is fantastic and close to everything! Shops! Restaurants! Bars! Retail! everywhere, did I mention location was mint.

What a gem.
This was a well thought out apartment that had every convenience plus more. We loved the gorgeous wine left as a welcome present. We were in a perfect position to explore all of Melbourne and surrounds with the trams and railway on our doorstep. I recommend the Bock Place restaurants for great eating. A big thank you to Rebecca for her thoughtful attention to all our needs.

Fantastic apartment in a great location!!
We recently spent 11 nights in this fantastic spacious and clean apartment. It has everything that is required to make it feel like a home away from home and it is in a great location too! Rebecca was very helpful in accommodating our needs for a very early check in and a late check out. I will definitely be recommending Cashmore on Collins to my family and friends .

We LOVE LOVE LOVE staying at Cashmore on Collins. The apartment is full of character, a beautiful space, spotlessly clean, lovely trimmings with everything YOU need for a stay away from home. The size of the apartment is great, roomy and relaxing. The location is BRILLIANT!!!! Coffee shop downstairs, trams going either way at the door, Supermarket, food outlets within close proximity, and shopping everywhere!!. Bec, the owner, is gorgeous and more than obliging. We would recommend 100%

We recently returned to stay at Cashmore on Collins. We will most definitely make this our place to stay again in the future and highly recommend. Great location. Close to everything including great shopping, transport and information centre in Bourke St.. Unit was fabulous. So much room. Thanks for the milk in the fridge when we arrived at midnight after a late light. Rebecca has been most helpful. We have had a very enjoyable week at Cashmore on Collins
