Rated 5 out of 5 by from Couldn't ask for more Stayed for a week for first time in melbourne city. The apartment is very nice, big, and lovely inside. Two seperate bedrooms, our 10 month old stayed with us and there was plenty of room for the 3 of us.. kitchen is full size with proper oven and stove and full size fridge freezer. Rebecca left us a high chair thing, toys and some kids dvds also which was excellent and it was a really nice surprise to be greeted with a bottle of nice wine when we arrived. The location is amazing and the price was really good, no jacking up of the price like other places (we were there around the F1 race). We would stay again without hesitation. Now having said all that, we arrived on a friday night and I don't think we slept more than a couple of hours due to street noise until practically dawn. we got used to the trams over a couple of days and the friday was the worst by far. Ear plugs do the trick anyway so not a huge issue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everything Just Steps Away! We stayed at this apartment in Jan 2014. The owner of the apartment is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is at a very convenient location. Coles, Flinders Station and Free city circle tram are only within 5 mins walk. The kitchen is tidy and well well-equipped. If you want to hang around in the city area, this is definiately the best place to stay.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great place to stay Excellent accommodation right in the heart of Melbourne. Close to everything- it's a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city outside the door. Views up Collins St and down to Flinders Street, we were there on the three hottest days in Melbourne ever. Thank god for the air-conditioning, but you can open the corner bay windows for a bit of breeze if you want.

We stayed a family of four for 6 days and it was awesome. spacious apartment, complete facilities, perfectly located. tram stop just outside of main building door. grocery stores are minutes away. Very affordable price for an apartment in the middle of the city. kitchen is lovely with complete set of almost everything. we very much enjoy the stay. :)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Stayed 4 nights with family. Very, very well located. No need for a car at all. Overall comfortable with nice kitchen. May need earplugs if light sleepers in the family, on the 5th floor with street noise but I slept like a log! Lots of convenience stores, supermarkets and cheap eats close by. Easy walk to flinders st, bourke st mall, laneways etc. Good shower, and quite a few basics left in cupboards from previous tenants (you wont need to buy vegemite!)was much appreciated. Only suggestions would be that the washing machine and TV needs replacing, and a dryer would be marvellous. Would stay again. Its a bargain for what you get.
