City Docklands 1 is perfect for families or friends visiting Melbourne. Walk to shops, restaurants, trendy pubs, cafes, activities and entertainment . This is a very new and exciting tourist precinct on the Melbourne waterfront. To the city centre, its just a short walk or 5 minute ride on the free city circle tram, free tourist bus, or pay trams 86 or 70. Etihad Stadium is just a very short walk and its just 20 minutes on tram 70 to the MCG, AAMI Park and the Melbourne Park Tennis Centre.
We charge per apartment, not per person.

Bedding, bath towels and basic supplies are provided.
The apartment is not serviced daily, however, we do provide plenty of towels and there are laundry facilities in the apartment. Bookings of 14-nights or longer are offered a free weekly mid-stay apartment clean, which includes changing bed linen and refreshing bath towels.

From your living room and large private balcony you overlook the Southern Star Observation Wheel and from the bedrooms you will enjoy some city views. You also look out on all the activity of the Harbour Town cafes, shops, etc. Please note that the wheel will not be operating until late 2013.
This very quiet, modern, 2-bedroom, fourth floor (with lift access), corner apartment is at the Harbour Town cafe and retail shopping precinct at Waterfront City, Melbourne Docklands. Its just 200 metres from the Victoria Harbour New Quay waterfront promenade with its harbourside restaurants and regular activities. There is also an ice skating centre (The Icehouse), which is open for public ice skating daily.
The apartment itself has 2 bedrooms, one central bathroom with shower over shallow bath and laundry facilities, including washing machine and clothes dryer. The kitchen overlooks the open-plan living/dining area and is well-equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove/oven and a microwave oven. The living/dining area is stylishly furnished and contains an LCD television and Bose surround sound lifestyle system. Both bedrooms have city views, built-in wardrobes, fresh air and lots of natural light.
Special features include; private balcony, reverse cycle heating/air-conditioning with heating to all rooms, intercom, electronic door entry system and lift access to the apartment.
Internet - there is WiFi to the apartment for browsing only (no downloads). Charges apply.

Check in: 2pm to 7pm (key collection and luggage drop can be from 10:30am by prior arrangement).
An arrival after 7pm can be accommodated but an out of hours charge of $60 will apply.
