About Melbourne Apartments supply AAA Tourism Four **** Star rated modern, spacious, luxurious One and Two Bedroom entirely self-contained apartments, located in residential buildings in Melbourne city, ideally placed to accommodate both the corporate and leisure traveler to Melbourne. Our apartments are located in the heart of Melbourne city in the Daryl Jackson architect designed Liverpool 16 in Liverpool Street in the historic Bourke Hill Precinct/Paris End of Melbourne and in the Fender Katsalidis architect designed The Nova in Elizabeth Street, opposite the H&M Australian flagship store and the new Myer Emporium shopping centre.

All About Melbourne Apartments are individually selected and decorated to fit with our portfolio of unique Melbourne properties and to meet our Four **** Star Self-Catering Accommodation Rating. We ensure that all our properties feature only the highest quality fixtures, fittings and features and whilst no two are exactly alike, all offer the same high standard throughout:
Ultra modern gourmet kitchens feature granite/marble benches, Bosch SS appliances including oven, gas cook top, dishwasher, microwave and full-size SS fridge. Fully equipped for the culinary adventurous, we also provide complimentary Starter Packs for each stay including coffee, tea, milk, sugar, hot chocolate, cookie and cereal. We also leave a bottle of chilled French champagne (either Moet or Mumm) in each of our apartments for those wishing to celebrate their holiday with some bubbles on arrival (cost $65). Also available for purchase upon booking via our website is a selection of The Concierge Crates (Breakfast $47 Dinner $66 or Wine & Cheese $50). These crates feature some of the finest Australian and seasonal produce available.

Relaxing living areas feature either portable, split system or ducted air-conditioning, large modular lounge suits, 40-60 inch digital plasma televisions, DVD/CD players, IPod docks, and a selection of in-house movies.

Chic but cosy bedrooms all feature queen-size beds with latex and/or sprung mattresses wrapped in the highest quality hotel linens, fans and plenty of wardrobe space to hang a multitude of new purchases!

Sleek tiled bathrooms include showers (no baths), an ample supply of clean fluffy towelling, and full supply of complimentary bathroom amenities products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, cleansing/makeup removing wipes, cotton wool/buds, tissues and hair dryers. All bathrooms also include a laundry area with washing machine and dryer and all the requisite supplies.

All apartments located in the Liverpool 16 building feature either juliet or full size balconies (with seating) and a very Melbourne lane way outlook, views of neighboring heritage listed buildings or over the surrounding city and the hustle bustle below. Our Number 8 apartment at The Nova is a stunning tenth floor corner apartment (with no balcony) which features unsurpassed views over the surrounding city making it perfect for a special occasion.

One Bedroom Deluxe Apartments range in size from approximately 50 to 60 square meters,
One Bedroom Penthouse Apartment is approximately 65 square meters in size.
Two Bedroom Deluxe Apartments are approximately 60- 70 square meters in size.
Number 8 at The Nova is approximately 75 square metres in size.
Underground security car-parking is available at Liverpool 16 building ONLY (and is subject to an additional charge) with direct lift access from the basement to all apartment levels.

Our luxurious One Bedroom Penthouse Apartment is located on the 9th floor of Liverpool 16, it offers breathtaking views from both the living area and bedroom, over the surrounding city skyline. As well as our deluxe apartment standard features, in our penthouse you will also find a Nespresso coffee machine, and Bose sound system, larger balcony with seating and an Evedure Neo BBQ. Our Penthouse Apartment is ideal for a truly memorable Melbourne stay!

Our Number 8 Apartment is located in the renowned Fender Katsalidis designed Nova building at 225 Elizabeth Street Melbourne, on the corner of Little Bourke Street opposite GPO Melbourne which houses Australia's flagship H&M store. This luxurious 10th floor corner apartment is available to book as either a One or Two Bedroom Apartment, accommodating from 1 to 5 adults (or adults and children) in 1 or 2 queen size beds and an additional double fold-away bed in the living area. This property features enormous picture windows and unrivaled views of the surrounding city. It features a sprawling open plan living/dining/kitchen area fitted with everything you could possibly need. Two bedrooms both with queen size beds and a central bathroom including laundry facilities. This apartment does not have a balcony or car parking on site (Nova guests are able to book car parking at Liverpool 16 if desired).

About Melbourne Apartments currently have apartments in two locations - the Liverpool 16 building in Liverpool Street Melbourne and The Nova building in Elizabeth Street Melbourne.

The Liverpool 16 building is located in the east "Paris End/Bourke Hill Precinct" of Melbourne city, designed by renowned architecture firm Daryl Jackson. Liverpool Street is a lane way which runs from Bourke to Little Bourke Streets, in-between Exhibition and Spring Streets.

The Nova building building is located in the heart of Melbourne CBD, designed by renowned architecture firm Fender Katsalidis. The Nova building is located on Elizabeth Street, on the corner of Little Bourke Street opposite the renowned GPO Melbourne where the flagship store for H&M Australia is located.

Our apartments are carefully selected and spectacularly positioned right in the heart of Melbourne city. Liverpool 16 is in the centre of the theatre and dining Bourke Hill precinct. Between Her Majestys Theatre and thePrincess Theatre, adjacent to China Town, near major Bourke Street tram stops, Parliament House and Parliament train station. Number 8 at the Nova is in the heart of the city shopping precinct just a hop and a skip from GPO Melbourne (H&M Australian flagship store), Bourke Street Mall, the swanky major fashion houses on Collins Street, major department stores Myer and David Jones and Emporium and Melbourne Central shopping centers. Both locations are only a short stroll or tram ride from Melbourne’s best attractions, renowned sporting and shopping precincts, and hippest bars and restaurants.

Liverpool 16 is within easy walking distance to Melbournes' sporting precinct including Rod Laver Arena, the MCG, AAMI Park and Federation Square. Number 8 at the Nova is only a quick tram/train/bus ride (free on the City Circle tram) to Etihaad Stadium and Docklands, Southbank and the Crown Promenade or Queen Victoria Market, St Kilda beach, or the Brunswick/Carlton/Fitzroy/South Yarra/Richmond/St Kilda city fringe dining and shopping precincts.

The apartments are in such a great location, close to loads of great bars, cafes and restaurants of all levels and just a short stroll into the centre of the City. We walked everywhere; no need for taxis, even to Southbank was a lovely walk (about 20 minutes but nice all the same) The apartment itself was gorgeous, really comfy bed with soft clean sheets, clean and spacious bathroom and a well-stocked kitchen (there’s even cereals and cookies for brekkie if you want them) It was cold in Melbourne when we arrived but as soon as we put the heater on it stayed nice and toasty for the duration of our trip. Our apartment was 401 and we loved it, it was thoroughly clean and there is nothing I would fault. Amelia is very helpful when booking and offers some great advice and recommendations on everything you need to know, which for us was where the best bars and restaurants were☺ They did not disappoint! If you decide to go to Rice Paper Scissors, which Is right outside the apartment, get there early or be prepared for a wait, the food is sensational but there’s no bookings and its constantly busy, rightly so too, it was gorgeous! Already looking forward to returning to Melbourne and when we do, we will be coming straight back here.
